Another year passed by. Another Autumn approached soon.

Another countless letters were being exchanged. And another sets of changing hearts would happened.

Kyuhyun was in his final year at school. While he was always a nice and well manner boy, the memories from the last autumn had turned him into a merrier and happier young man. Sometimes he even did some aegyo to Changmin. Who then spent the rest of their final year to find out what had changed Kyuhyun’s heart.

But Kyuhyun was too excited to be bothered by Changmin’s antics. After learning that he could do a sandwich architecture course, two years at Seoul University and two years more at Tokyo University, he had done his best to ensure that his grade would be sufficent for that kind of scholarship. Not that he had to be worried though. Because he was a smart young man, that his teacher said he could secure a full abroad scholarship if he wanted.

Which he rejected. Because after what had transpired between him and Joohyun at the autumn festival, he was so sure he could not spent another four years without seeing or holding her.

He was enchanted by her beauty and innocent since he was six, but he was addicted to her eyes and smile since that dance in the makeshift ballroom on that last autumn.

His parents were surprised when he told them about his decision to not taking the offer of a full abroad scholarship. His Appa was a little bit annoyed first, but his Umma was excited. At the end, always a liberal parents, his Appa and Umma left the decision with him.  

So when it was time to get home, few weeks before their sixth autumns after the separation, Kyuhyun was giddy and in cloud nine. Like nothing could ever ruin his long break before went to university.
