Chapter 50

 

The 2-3 weeks that we still have together as a couple is not really spent together. We both have, still, a busy schedule plus the fight last week. I was doing promotions and practices and she has a lot of part time jobs and we don‘t have that much time to talk. There are times wherein I’m spending the night alone with my pillow. Lonely nights.

 

“Hyung, are you going home to the dorm tonight?” KyuHyun asked as we pack our things, ready to go home.

 

I was still thinking about it. What if HyunAe decided to come home tonight? Who would prepare her food?

 

“I don’t know yet. Maybe HyunAe decided to go home tonight. At least we could spend the night together.” I told him as I continue to get my things fit in my bag.

 

“Oh, hyung, I already asked her about that, and she said she’d be spending the night at the hotel the client reserved for them.” he stated. 

 

They’re texting each other? Jealousy easily ran over my veins upon hearing that from him. HyunAe’s not texting me but she’s texting Kyuhyun. Was it because of what happened a week ago?

 

“I just texted her about this matter hyung. Don’t look at me like you’re going to eat me.” he said and smirked at me. aish, this kid really knows how to go around his seniors. “C’mon, they’re all waiting for you.” he added at patted my back before heading out first.

The boys, all of the members and the managers, are all crowded at the bigger dorm that we have. That would be the old one where I belong since nowadays I’m staying with Heechul hyung.

 

“So Donghae-ah, how does it feeling being married?” one of the managers asked. He knew every detail from the PDs of We Got Married and he’s just asking this for entertainment. Sort of. I guess.

 

“Awesome.” I answered shortly.

 

“Especially when you’ve fallen for your wife. Every time you’re with her, your heart beats faster and your blood rushes through your veins as fast as a bullet train.” Teukie hyung inserted and that made the whole room roar with laughter. I was basically turning red from that.

 

“Yah. Stop that.” Siwon suddenly said and looked at me. “We cannot blame Donghae hyung from feeling that way for HyunAe noona. And Hyung is just at the right age to get married.” he then added some teachings from the Bible about love and marriage and how the timing is right for me and I should pursue it. 

 

“The show’s about to end in a couple more weeks right?” Yesung hyung suddenly asked and I nodded sadly. “Do you have any plans for that day?” he followed up.

 

I just shook my head and they all released a heavy sigh, as if they felt the sadness and burden that I am feeling about that.

 

They started suggesting about things that I should do for that day. But my mind was just wandering to other places.

 

Getting sick from all the noise that they are making, I suddenly spilled out something that was soon to be broadcasted.

 

“We had a fight last week! How can I even do all the things that you’ve said when we parted ways like that?!” 

 

A faint ‘Oh…’ was heard after that, and I just slumbered at the corner. No one said anything for a couple of minutes. It was as if an angel or a devil suddenly passed by us.

 

“Hyung, how about…” Kibum suddenly said. “Compiling all of your pictures together, I mean, the ones that weren’t posted online. The personalized ones. And do some sort of art with it.”

 

“That’s good.” one of the managers said. “How did you came up with it? Have you done it with someone special?”

 

“No. Not yet. I just saw all their pictures together when I scanned Hyung’s phone and I got the idea from there.” Kibum stated.

 

“You opened my phone?!?”

 

How…? I have a pin code! 

 

“Your pin code was the easiest one to decode hyung. Who would put their girlfriend’s, in your case, wife’s name as the pin?” he said laughing.

 

In a flash, the rest of the pack got their phones and were, obviously, changing their pin.

 

We ended up almost beating Kibum with what he said but at the back of my mind, I was thinking about his suggestion… not bad.
