Donghae’s POV

I woke up late the next day. I felt that my body needs a long rest so I slept for about 14 hours. I checked the clock and it says 1.15pm already. That was long…

I got up, still feeling heavy and sick, and looked for HyunAe, but she’s nowhere to be found. Maybe she’s at work… what time will she go home?

I was about to get something from the fridge when I saw the note that she posted on the counter top beside it.

                                                Chagi-ah. I cooked porridge and some meat

that you HAVE and can eat to feel better. I

also got you some medicines for colds and

headache. I’m off to work. I’ll be home early

later since I asked my boss to give the other

project to the other agents. REST okay?

You’re not allowed to go to work today.

I already told your manager about you still

being sick. Text me up when you’re up.

I saw a pot on the stove and a Tupperware, with medicines on top, beside it. Maybe that was my food.

I heated up the porridge before checking the fridge for some of HyunAe’s calamansi Juice. Luckily, the glass that I didn’t finish yesterday morning was still there.

HyunAe even cooked something for me… I mean, c’mon, she could just leave and not cook anything right? Does that mean… AISH. I shouldn’t be thinking that way. But… i… i… I’m starting to like HyunAe. I mean. I already like her when I met her… it’s just now that… it is changing…?

I brushed off my thoughts and finished eating the food that she prepared for me. I took the medicine that she left right after and I went back to her room to get my phone so I can send her a message.

After I sent the message, I went back to the living room and the TV to watch some movies. I practically spent the whole afternoon being a couch potato. I finished about 3 movies when I finally realized that I HAVE to take a bath. So I grabbed my towel from the rack. Time for some hot bath so I can feel better later.

“LEE DONGHAE?!?” I heard someone call while I was taking a bath. HyunAe?

“HERE!” I yelled as finished rinsing myself from all the soap for the second time. Good thing I was nearly done when she arrived.

After 5 minutes, I came out of the bathroom and looked for her.

“Chagi, I’m here.” I told her when I saw her coming out of her room. “I just took a bath.” I explained to her.

“Oh. I thought you went out.” She said and went to the kitchen to drink. “Feeling better?” she asked.

“Sort of. I’m no longer sneezing every 5 minutes.” I said and smiled.
