CHAPTER EIGHT
Prove Them WrongNoo Ri felt a light tap on her face causing her to get startled. “Oh my God! What time is it? How long did I sleep? Is it past 8pm?”
“Relax, relax. You dozed off for half an hour. I’m sorry if I startled you. I had to wake you up since we’re almost there.” Si Hoo assures her as she checks her reflection by the car window.
“Your shoulders must’ve grown tired. I’m sorry.” she said as she wipes his left shoulder thinking she might have drooled on it.
“No, no not at all. You slept like a rock.” he laughed. “More like a baby and it was the best 30 minutes of my life” if only he can say that to her.
“Sir, kindly drop me off at the back of the building near the convenience store.”

Noo Ri bowed several times thanking Si Hoo for his hospitality and the driver as well. “It usually takes me two hours or so to get here but thanks to you, I’m a bit early than usual.”
“Take care, Miss Seo Noo Ri. It was nice serving you.” said the driver cheerfully. “Are you sure, you’ll be okay going home?”
“I go home and take the bus along my co-workers. Thank you for asking. But I better get going. Thank you so much for the ride. Please drive safely!”
Noo Ri waves goodbye as she shuts the door. She quickly enters the hotel’s back door.
Si Hoo sighs as he waited for her to go into the elevator.
“Sir, aren’t you going to transfer here in front?”
“I’ll be seating here till we get home.”
The driver looked at his boss by the front mirror smiling happily.
