CHAPTER FIFTY TWO
Prove Them WrongLeaning back in her seat, Seungyeon sighed, glad that it was over. She was finally married to the love of his life. She stared at him, grinning. Then Jonghyun took her hand and gently rubbed her fingers.
“What did Mom tell you?” he asked. “I saw her slip something in your bag at the reception.”
“Nothing. Just a wedding gift.”
He laughed, imagining his mom taking the time to shop.
The drive wasn’t very long and soon they arrived at Gimpo airport. Seungyeon was a tad nervous about what she saw and hoped she had the decency not to look at anything private. The wait for their plane was short, she guessed. She didn’t even know which flight they were taking. Several were boarding close together and he wouldn’t even let her look at the flight lists.
She grew tired, resting her head on his shoulder as the plane began to lift off the ground. When they reached their altitude, Jonghyun requested a pillow and blanket for his wife.
“Do I get to know where we are going yet?” she asked as he covered her up and pulled her onto his lap.
“Not a change. Try to get some sleep. You’ve had an incredibly busy day.”
She smiled as her eyes drooped. “Sing to me.”
Jonghyun put his face next to her ear and began to sing the song he composed for her. It was amazing and full of every ounce of love he had for Seungyeon. She then drifed to sleep in his arms when he began to hum her lullaby.
Jonghyun watched as his beautiful wife slept in his arms. She was exhausted, but he could tell that she was happ. Her dreams were very few and she spoke his name a few times as she slept. He had resisted himself many times from kissing his love and waking her up. This was one of those times that Jonghyun wished he could read Seun
