"Anddddd cut!" Producer Jaerim shouted, signalling the end of our recording. "Great job everyone!"

It was almost 12am when our recording had finished.

"Thank you for the hardwork!" The casts and guests shouted and bowed to the crews and to each other. Another culture in Korea is politeness. Besides showing extensive respects for the elders, Koreans are also generally very polite to each other. Such culture can be extremely obvious in the entertainment industry due to the nature of the work where maintaining good relationships is very important.

"You did well, Chaeyeon-ah!" Yonghwa, who was standing beside me during the closing scene, said after the recording ended. "A little bit more practices and soon you will become a variety idol!"

"Sunbae, you thought too higly of me. I still have a huge room for improvement. I am still far from it." I repiled humbly.

"Have some faith in yourself!" He smiled as we walked towards our individual company's van. "A lot of my friends are watching out for you girls! They said that Lady'S will soon become the next generation of top idols!"

"Shhhh. Please don't say that in front of my members, I don't want them to become complacent."

He laughed. "No worries, if that is how you want to train them. Anyway, let's meet up for a coffee someday, okay?"

"Okay sunbae, see you around!" I said goodbye before heading to my van where Sona and Jieun were waiting for me.

"Did Sehun call?" I asked eagerly as I boarded the van.

Sona shook her head and I was disappointed once again. I felt my heart shattered into a million pieces each time he ignored my messages and calls.

"But Chanyeol called you. I told him you were filming and should not be disturbed. He said to call him back when you are done wrapping up."

"Right, I will do that once we get back." I sighed and closed my eyes. The fatigue from the lack of sleep, lack of appetite and full days of activities have taken a toll on my body as I fell asleep immediately on the way back.

Sona was about to say something but the last thing I heard was Jieun telling her, "let her sleep, she deserves to rest."

Before I knew it, Sona was calling my name repeatedly and asking me to wake up. "We are here." She said.

Initially, I thought that we were back to our dormitory but as I stepped out of the van, I found myself standing in the middle of the carpark, right in front of the SM building.

I shook my head, hard, trying to clear the drowsiness, only to end up feeling more dizzy.

"What are we doing here? Do we have more schedules?" I asked before realizing that Jieun was nowhere to be seen.

"No, I received a call from our president, Jang Soojin, while you were asleep in the van. He said he wanted to see you, so we dropped Jieun at the dormitory before coming over."

"Why? Did I do something wrong?" I asked as we took the lift up to his office. I was scared and confused at the same time.

"I hope not but I have no idea. He didn't mention anything over the phone." Sona looked worried as well.

When we reached his office, we stood outside while Sona knocked on his door to announce our arrival.

"Come in," said a loud and deep voice. Sona quietly opened the door before he continued, "Sona-ssi, please help yourself to the refreshment while you wait for Chaeyeon-ssi. Chaeyeon-ssi, please come in."

Sona gave me the don't-you-dare-say-anything-wrong look before making way for me to go through the door. There were two people inside the office. One of them was President Jang while the other was none other than Oh Sehun.

Sehun! Sehun-ah! I nearly shouted but quickly stopped myself from doing something stupid.

He did not even look up at me as I walked into the room noisily and sat down on the chair next to him, facing the president's table. I was trying to be as obvious as possible to catch his attention but he avoided any possible eye contacts with me.

Sehun-ah, why are you doing this to me? I thought to myself as I felt hot tears welling up inside my eyes, threatening to make a quick escape.

"Do you have any idea why you are being summoned here in the middle of the night?" President Jang asked after I sat down.
