" Oppa? Why are you alone? Where's Tiffany-unnie? " Yoona asked with a spoon in . As expected, Yoona's always eating whenever Yuri sees her alone. 

" She's with Taeyeon. " Yuri answered and threw his apple backwards when he heard a loud thump upstairs.

He looked at Yoona and vice versa before the two dropped everything and ran up the stairs as fast as they could. Expected of the athletic siblings, they made it up in less than a minute. 

Yuri ran to his room while Yoona went to the playroom to make sure the kids were okay. Opening the door, Yoona was relieved when she saw all of them playing lego blocks together. On the other hand, Yuri shouted for Yoona from the master bedroom. 

The kids were alerted and they all ran to the master bedroom at once. 

" Sica-unnie! " Yoona screamed and ran towards the unconscious blonde lying on the floor with Yuri beside her. 

" Umma! " 

" Sica-umma! " 

The kids screamed as well and Soojung burst out crying, upset that her mother was lying on the floor. Yoong took his sister into his arms and patted her back gently, it wasn't the time to cry.

Yuri was sitting outside the room with his face buried in his hands as he waited for the doctor to come out. Yoona drove all of them to the hospital with the kids squeezing together in the front seat and Seohyun on her lap. 

They were now outside the room waiting together. Soojung was lying on Yoong's lap while Seohyun was sleeping in Yoona's arms. 

The light finally flickered off and Yuri stood up, rushing towards the doctor. 

" How's my wife, Doctor? Is she okay? What's wrong with her? " Yuri rambled on and on until the doctor let out a soft chuckle, patting his back. 

" Congratulations, Mr Kwon. Your wife is 3 weeks pregnant. " 

" P-Pregnant? No wonder she's been throwing up so much lately, she has no appetite either. " Yuri mumbled and the doctor could only smile at the worried husband. 

" But you have to make sure she eats well, okay? She doesn't have enough nutrition that's why she fainted. " Yuri nodded and pointed at the door for confirmation. 

He quickly ran in while Yoona and the kids walked in slowly, not wanting to interrupt any lovey-dovey moment especially since Yuri was so worried. He had been shedding tears all the way to the hospital with his wife lying in his arms lifelessly.  

Jessica was so peaceful in her sleep and Yuri bit his lip, controlling his tears once more. He had cried so much today. The first one was at Taeyeon's house, the second was in the car and the third was right now. He made baby steps towards the bed before he sat down with wobbly knees. 

" S-Sica..... You made me so worried, pabo. Wake up soon, I have news to tell you. " Yuri whispered and held her hand, placing a small kiss on the back of her hand. 

" Appa. " Yuri looked towards his princess and opened his arms for his daughter. Yoona placed Soojung on Yuri's lap before placing Yoong and Seohyun on the sofa nearby. 

" Oppa, I'm gonna pick Hyoyeon up from her class. Watch over Seohyun, please. Her feeding time might be soon, I'm not sure when Unnie fed her. " Yoona informed before heading towards the carpark.

Unnie, Sica-unnie is in the hospital. She's 2 weeks pregnant and she's hasn't woken up yet so everyone is at the hospital waiting right now. If you're going home, let me know then I'll pick you up as well. I'm gonna pick Hyobaby from class now.

Tiffany's eyes widened and she nearly dropped her phone in surprise. She needed to get someone to take care of Taeyeon before she left for the hospital. 

" Hello, Mummy? Taeyeon's sick but I have to go to the hospital because Sica was admitted a while ago. " Tiffany informed and she went downstairs, packing her bag. 

" Okay, sweetheart. Mummy will come over in about 10 minutes. Please wait a little longer, okay? " 

" Okay, Mummy. Thank you. " Tiffany hung up and looked at the messy living room. She picked up all the trash bags except one and threw the rest into the rubbish chute. The last one was in case Taeyeon had some more things to clear. 

She looked around once more and saw a new photo album lying on the side-bench near the window. Picking it up, the title had immediately caught her heart.

Tiffany eye-smiled and flipped the book open, the first picture was of her carrying baby Hyoyeon 4 and a half years ago with her teary eyes. The motherly gaze in her eyes showed how much she loved Hyoyeon.

The way you looked at our baby was beautiful. You were so happy the day you gave birth to our first princess. The smile on your face could never be replaced by any other smile of yours. And the smiles thereafter everytime you looked at Hyoyeon and Hyomin, it was simply breathtaking.  

The eye-smiling girl held in her tears as she smiled, remembering how Taeyeon carried a camera with him everywhere he went. The pictures definitely turned out better than she had ever expected. 

I'll never forget the first dog that I bought for you. You were so attached to it. Even when it got its haircut, you were so upset that you went to cut your hair as well. Aigoo, the lovely emotionally-attached Tiffany Kim being a cutie. It's a pity that I wasn't around often during that time. There's only one picture.
