Chapter 26: Bonus [SooSun]
Love Matters.“Girls, how do I look?”
Jessica and Tiffany both looked up from their magazines and their jaws dropped, Sunny looked amazing. “Sunkyu-ah, don’t you think you need to.. um…” Tiffany gestured to Sunny’s cleavage that was revealed by the low neckline of her black skin-tight dress. Sunny lifted an eyebrow and turned back to the mirror, “no, I think it’s fine. Besides, Sooyoung needs some excitement in his life…”
Tiffany burst into a fit of giggles and rolled around the bed, knowing what Sunny was planning tonight. “You want some y time with him, I see.” Jessica teased, crossing her legs as she reopened her magazine. Sunny felt her cheeks warm, she was dying to see Sooyoung’s reaction when he saw her in this dress. She badly wanted to till Sooyoung gave up resisting; they needed a boost anyway.
Sunny turned to Jessica who was deeply engrossed in her magazine, “how’s Yul doing? I know he wants another child....” Jessica smiled with tints of pink crawling upon her cheeks, she knew what Yuri was thinking most of the time but this was not something he wanted; it was something they both wanted. “I know, so do I… and so do the twins.”
“Honestly, if you ask me,” Tiffany shoved another biscuit into , “it’s a good thing if you’re gonna have another one. Yuri gets another playmate, the twins get another sibling to shower their love upon and I get another god-child. It’s definitely a good thing.”
Sunny and Jessica exchanged glances, giggling into their hands as they let Tiffany mumble incoherent words to herself. It wasn't that Tiffany didn't want another child; she was desperate for another child but she also knows they wouldn't be able to handle the financial burden afterward. Hyoyeon was already so into her dance classes, Tiffany would make sure she makes her dreams come true.
As Sunny continued to perfect her appearance in the mirror, she continued speaking in the hopes of knocking some sense into Tiffany's thick skull, “have you spoken to Taeyeon, Miyoung?” Tiffany didn’t respond because she knew she was supposed to but she didn’t, unlike the wishes of her two best friends.
It might be tough on Tiffany but they knew Taeyeon was also going through a hard time. Ever since the last argument that resulted in a divorce, Taeyeon had been extra careful with his treatment towards Tiffany. He was more fearful of losing Tiffany than losing his own life and this time, Tiffany had been away from home almost two days. And with Yuri's regular updates on Taeyeon's condition, it was going to be difficult to stop him from blaming himself.
Jessica dragged Tiffany closer to her and draped one leg over her body, “Hwang Miyoung, I’m not going to let Taeyeon have my husband any longer. I want my husband back and I want to make babies with him so you,” Jessica flicked Tiffany’s forehead and glared at her, “go home to your own husband and let me have mine back.”
Tiffany wrapped her arms around Jessica's neck and pulled her best friend closer, using her own forehead to knock Jessica's wide one, “you can go back to your own husband because… everything below his waist belongs to me!” Tiffany continued knocking Jessica’s head, blocking out her constant whining, “don’t make my husband sound like your husband's gay lover!”
As the two Americans continued to hug each other with plans to smack each other senseless, they didn't realise how obscene their position was becoming.
“Gosh… if people don’t know, they might think you two are making … lesbian .”

As Sooyoung made his way into the private dining room of a Japanese restaurant, he gave specific instructions to the waiters and waitresses he knew. He wasn't just bringing Sunny to a good restaurant, he was going to give her a surprise. Sunny wasn't one to take from anyone and he knew so he had to make this quick. As long as Sunny had fun by the end of tonight, he would be satisfied with all his efforts.
“Mr Choi, we’ve made sure the kitchen is clear. We’ve already finished with everyone’s remaining orders so it should be just fine. If we need to step in, I will make sure you’re informed beforehand.”
That's right...
Chef Choi shall not be disturbed when he's cooking.
Sooyoung took off his jacket and draped it on the chair before closing the doors to the private dining room. He still needed to look presentable by the time Sunny arrived; it was a dinner he was going to make enjoyable for her. There were some things he needed to share with her in return before he requested to officially start a relationship with her.
“Hyung, your phone’s ringing!” Jonghyun called out, running into the kitchen where Sooyoung was already in front of the counter. Sooyoung cocked an eyebrow and continued rolling his white sleeves, “no rush, Jonghyun. Hold the phone for me while I get my attire ready.” Jonghyun nodded and pressed ‘answer’ before moving a distance, giving Sooyoung some privacy.
“Hello?”
“Sooyoung! What time do you want me to head to the restaurant?”
He thought for a while; he really needed to make sure Sunny wouldn’t have to wait for him for so long. It wasn’t nice to make a lady wait for her man, especially when it’s considered a date. “Hmm, make it 7.30? I have a last-minute meeting with some people on a new chain of restaurants.”
Sunny pouted and sat on the sofa, “fine. I’m already pissed at you for not picking me up.”
Sooyoung couldn’t help but grin; Sunny was adorable. He felt horrible for not being a gentleman and picking her up
