Soohyun opened the door for you.

You quietly walked into the big red room you once remembered when you woke up in Neverland.

"You can sleep in the bed.  I'll sleep on the couch." Soohyun gave you a small smile.

Soohyun loosen his tie, throwing it on the couch.  You sat on the soft king sized bed.

"Do you think he's going to come after me?" You suddenly asked.

Soohyun froze.  His eyes gazed into yours. He walked up to you, sitting beside you on the bed. Caressing your cheek, he gave you a warm, gentle smile.

"I will never let him lay a finger on you."

Soohyun pressed his lips against your forehead. "Go to sleep.  Tomorrow is a big day." He winked, sitting up.

With shaking hands, you gripped onto his wrist. Soohyun's eyes widened as he turned around.

"I'm scared he'll come back." You whispered.  Your voice shaking.

Soohyun softly gripped your hand. He picked you up, bridal style, your arms wrapped around his neck.  He laid you flat on the bed, pulling the covers over you.

"Don't worry, I won't let him."

You were scared to close your eyes.  You didn't wanna wake up again to see Damon's face in front of you. Ready to devour you. Soohyun tried to step away from you, but you kept a firm hold around his neck. Soohyun looked at you. The fear in your eyes made him think twice about leaving.

"Do you want me to stay here with you?" Soohyun asked.

You carefully nodded.

Soohyun pulled your arms away from his neck. He pulled a chair over.  He sat down, his hands wrapped around yours.

"I'll be right here when you wake up." Soohyun whispered.

He brushed your bangs softly, curling a strand behind your ear.

"I'll make sure he won't come near you." Soohyun kissed your hands, giving you a rest assuring smile.

You nodded, closing your eyes.

"You promise." You whispered.

Soohyun lightly traced his fingers over you closed eye lids, down your cheek, tapping your nose.

"I promise."

The next morning, you woke up to see the empty chair.  Your eyes widened. You lifted your body up, but felt a heavy object over your waist. Turning your head to the side, you saw Soohyun peacefully sleeping by your side. You turned your body.  Your face inches away from his. You carefully brushed your hand over his face, sweeping his bangs to the side.

"Thank you, Soohyun oppa."
