Nothing But a Game
Nichkhun enters his room, sighing, tired after a long day of fending off insults and jokes. He rips his tie off and throws it on his bed, to which is followed by his own body. Nichkhun groans and rubs his eyes.
“Tired, my dear brother?” Victoria asks, standing by his doorway. She smirks at the small sight of his exposed chest.
“A bit.” Nichkhun removes his shoes to carelessly throw them under his bed. He moans. What a tiring day it’s been. Everywhere he went, be it at school or soccer practice, people were saying sorry and that he deserves someone better. Eventually, Nichkhun snapped. He got into fights when boys wouldn’t stop teasing him or mocking his girlfriend. The coach had to pull Nichkhun out of practice. An odd sight to see from the prince of the school.
Victoria does not say anything else. Instead, she sits at the foot of his bed. She wonders if her plan worked. If Tiffany and Nichkhun are no longer an item. But how can she bring it up. She doesn’t attend the same school so how would she possibly know what happened. “Umm…” she mutters.
“Are you contemplating on life, Vic?” Nichkhun jokes. He sits up right. “You’re young. Don’t think too much about the future, and definitely don’t get a boyfriend soon. I never knew having a girlfriend would be so difficult.” Despite being the most sought after guy in school, Nichkhun never accepted a girl’s heart. Maybe some cards, chocolates, and the occasional flowers, but never hearts. Victoria knows about all the girls that Nichkhun rejected from
