Miyong shifted in her bed and pulled the covers down, enough to catch sight of a tall frame walk around the corner of her room. Realizing who it was, she fell back onto the bed with a groan, not bothering to fix the blanket.

"Miyong-ah… Miyong-ah…" Gwangsoo called awkwardly. "I must put your hair into pigtails for a mission, so please wake up!"

The girl simply groaned, mentally cursing the writers for starting the day so early when she felt the actor grab a handful of hair and make the first hasty ponytail. When Gwangsoo grabbed the rest of her hair and began threading it, his finger caught a knot making her yelp and automatically kick out at him, catching the older man right on the collarbone and sending him sprawling onto the floor as the others howled.

As Gwangsoo stood from the floor, Miyong sat up and blinked at the others, rubbing her eyes as the PD surveyed her hair, dubbing it a success.

"Yes! Miyong-ah hurry! Pick this!" Jaesuk claimed, pointing to the navy slip of paper.

The girl blindly reached out, waving her hand until the PD placed it between her fingers for her to grab and open. She showed it to the others, Haha taking it and showing it to the camera.

"Room 1212. Wash face!" he read.

"Alright, we must head up to the twelfth floor! Quickly!" Sukjin claimed as everyone hurried out of the room.

"Miyong-ah! Miyong-ah we have to go!" Haha laughed, pulling the girl by the shoulders towards the edge of her bed.

"I'm coming I'm coming!" she barked, turning so that she could crawl out of the bed.

Her hand missed the edge however and she let out a shriek as she fell onto the floor, the group bursting into laughter as Haha quickly ducked down to help her stand. The man quickly lead her out of the room with the others and headed down the hall towards the elevator.

"Aish, Oppa have you never done pigtails before!?" Miyong growled, pulling at the elastics to try and redo them.

The others laughed as the idol redid her hair with professional speed and ability.

"Even after just waking up, Miyong looks like an idol," Jihyo laughed, rubbing the girl's shoulders as she looked herself over in the reflective wall of the elevator.

"That's because I steal hearts while I'm on stage; it keeps me youthful and pretty looking," Miyong hummed.

The group burst into laughter at her cheesiness as the doors opened, everyone scuttling towards the last room.

Miyong took the card key from Jaesuk and slid it into the door, pushing it open and shucking her shoes off before walking further into the room, the others right behind her. She rubbed her eyes and walked over to the sheets, giving a small apology for disturbing the older man before pulling them back to reveal his face. She gave a loud yelp and covered in shock when she didn't see Joohyuk in the bed, but a younger, and much more handsome boy.

"Ya! Joongki!?" Jongkook gawked, walking over to the boy.

"Do it quickly! Do it quickly!" Sukjin called, pulling the sheets off of the boy.

"Ah! Get up, get up this instant!" Haha scolded.

Joongki slowly sat up in the bed as Miyong continued to cover in utter shock, leaning against the far wall so that she didn't fall over.

"Ya, Miyong-ah, you have to draw water for the face washing," Jaesuk laughed, ushering the girl towards the bathroom.

Miyong quickly nodded and dashed towards the bathroom, grabbing a plastic pan on the way. Checking the temperature to make sure it was nice and warm, she filled the pan and walked back out to the bedroom just as Gwangsoo put a white bandana on the boy's head.

"Miyong-ssi, hello," he greeted as she placed down the pan.

The girl could feel her cheeks go pink, giving him a shy bow back making the others laugh. She took the face cream from Jaesuk and expertly placed the right amount onto her hand, gently rubbing it onto his face.

"Why is your face so nice??" Jongkook laughed as she spread the cream.

The others laughed as Miyong finished spreading the cream, quickly picking up the pan and holding it under his chin so that she could rinse the cleanser off.

"Your hands are so soft," Joongki laughed, his eyes still closed as she rubbed his face.

The other members instantly began oohing and cheering behind the girl, Miyong's cheeks going pink as she continued to wash his face.

Tired of the slow pace, Gwangsoo stepped forward and simply shoved his friend's entire face into the pan, Joongki swatting him away and raising his head again as Miyong finished. She walked over and set the pan down on the table against the wall with a sigh.

"OK, all of the water has to been wiped off to succeed," the PD claimed.

"Oh! The towel, the towel! Hurry, hurry!" the others rambled, picking up the towel and holding it out for the girl.

Miyong darted over and took it, stepping up and quickly patting Joongki's face and neck dry.

"There! Done!" Gary claimed as she continued to pat Joongki's cheeks.

"Come closer for confirmation."

Joongki stepped forward towards the camera, Miyong giving his face a couple more pats on the way before he bent down so that the PD could see.

"Passed!"

Everyone cheered and clapped as Miyong took a couple steps back and fanned herself, trying to tone down her burning cheeks.

"Miyong-ah! Miyong-ah, stop hiding!" Haha laughed, making his way over to her and grabbing her by the wrist. "Come I'll introduce you!"

"W-wait! Oppa!!" she yelped as he dragged her back over to the group.

"Joongki-ah! You've never actually met Miyong have you?" Haha began, getting the actor's attention.

"Anneyo, but I've seen her on TV  for shows and while she was singing," Joongki claimed with a smile.

"Joongki-ah! The first episode she was on, with IU and Bongsun, while we were in the car she said that she wanted to come on Running Man just to meet you!" Haha explained, laughing as the girl hit him. "But because you left she never got to."

"OPPA!!" Miyong whined, smacking him again as her cheeks burned.

Joongki let out a laugh and covered his mouth with his hand as his own cheeks coloured, the others laughing and nudging the younger man.

"I hope we can work well together today Miyong-ah," Joongki claimed, offering her his hand with a charming smile.

Miyong shyly placed her hand in his and the two gave each other small bows as the other members laughed.

After a few minutes for everyone to have their make-up put on and their hair done, Sunhoon relentlessly teasing Miyong about her finally being able to meet Joongki, everyone was sitting at the large breakfast table, Miyong offering to pour everyone their drinks since she was the last one to come down.

"Whoever pours water for us in the morning is always the mother~" Jaesuk laughed as she took his glass to fill it, making the girl laugh.

She continued to fill and hand out the drinks, sitting in between Haha and Gary when she was done.

"I will reveal the mission now," the PD claimed as everyone slowly began eating. "Starting from now, it will be a race to get off work."

"But I've only just started…" Joongki laughed, giving the PD an incredulous look.

The others burst out laughing as the younger man sighed at the ridiculousness.

"I'm coming back after six months!"

"The first thing he hears is to get off work," Jaesuk laughed.

"It's been so long since I was here and the first thing I hear is get off work," Joongki complained, slumping in his seat.

"The final destination will be Seoul. They can only be released after finding the flag. You will be placed into teams of three, which I will announce now. Red team will be Jongkook-ssi, Haha-ssi, and Jihyo-ssi. Blue team will be Jaesuk-ssi, Gary-ssi, and Sukijin-ssi. Yellow team will be Gwangsoo-ssi, Joongki-ssi and Miyong-ssi."

Miyong choked on her food making the others burst out laughing, Haha reaching up to pat her on the back as she managed to swallow and began coughing.

"Miyong has wanted to meet Joongki since her first episode back in May," Jongkook laughed.

"She kept reminding us about how disappointed she was that she was two weeks to late," Jihyo laughed, remembering the four in the car going towards the markets.

"Can we make them the Tuesday Couple?" Gary grinned, nudging the girl with his elbow.

The others instantly cheered as Miyong slowly shrank in her seat, covering her face in embarrassment.

"Ya, Joongki-ah. When she first came on this show, I was her favourite Oppa, don't try to steal her away from me!" Haha claimed, a challenge behind his tone.

"We're in a team together Hyung; you never know what will happen," Joongki shot back with a playful smile.

Everybody instantly cheered at his bold words, Miyong's face and ears beat red as she slowly hid under the table, making them laugh harder.

"Miyong-ah! Miyong-ah!" Jongkook laughed. "You shouldn't go under there!"

"But you keep embarrassing me in front of Joongki-oppa!" she whined from under the table.

The others laughed again as said man covered his eyes with his hand in an attempt to hide his own slightly pink cheeks.

Breakfast soon ended and everyone changed, Miyong being given a yellow jacket with her nametag on the back. They walked outside and stood in a line, Miyong between Gwangsoo and Joongki as the PD spoke.

"Everyone can leave, but before that… who did not get a name tag yesterday during the race?" Gwangsoo, Jongkook and Gary raised their hands. "Put this on your back."

"What's with Gae-ssi!?" Gary complained, pointing to his nametag.

"Ah, Kim-ssi!" Haha called out in a teasing tone while taking Jongkook's nametag. "Here, Kim-ssi, I'll put it on."

"Ya! You should be calling me hyung, Kim-ssi hyung!" Jongkook scolded.

"Alright, we will begin soon. Each team gets their own car, blue team gets the first one, red team gets the second one and yellow team gets the last one," the PD explained as everyone set off.

"Do I sit in the back?" Miyong asked as they walked over to their car.

"Anneyo, sit in the passenger seat," Joongki laughed, opening the door for her.

"Aish, you two…" Gwangsoo sighed as Miyong clapped her hands over her cheeks before climbing in.

Joongki climbed into the driver's seat and Gwangsoo climbed into the back.

"Oppa do you have enough room? I have lots of space to move up," Miyong claimed, looking back at the tallest.

"Ne, I'm alright Miyong-ah," he laughed, touched by her words.

"Just move your seat back," Joongki laughed as he picked up the mission card.

"Go to Daejeon Eunhaeng-dong to find the Running Man banner," Miyong read. "Daejeon? Wasn't Oppa born in Daejeon?"

"Yes, that's my territory," Joongki laughed as he started the car. "We're going to Eunhaeng-dong, I know where that is."

Miyong gave a happy clap as he pulled the car out of the parking lot.

"Has Miyong ever been to Daejeon?" Joongki asked as he continued to drive.

"No, but I've been to Nonsan for a photoshoot before," she replied. "Banya-San Park I think?"

"Ah, so this will be your first time there. I will try to show you some things while we do our mission," Joongki smiled.

"This is so awkward," Gwangsoo laughed form the back. "There's a love line in the front seat so I don't know what I should say…"

The two youngers laughed, Miyong clapping her hands over her face and fanning it while trying not to blush again.

The car entered a comfortable silence, Miyong watching the outside zoom by.

Before they knew it, their group arrived in Daejeon.

"The Running Man banner! There!" Joongki claimed, pointing ahead.

"The others aren't here yet? Yay Joongki-oppa~! Welcome home~!" Miyong sang, waving her hands while in her seat with a smile.

Joongki and Gwangsoo laughed as the younger man parked the car, the three quickly climbing out. The moment Joongki climbed out of the car, a group of girls nearby began to squeal making Miyong laugh.

The three walked up to the crewmember in yellow and he handed Miyong a mission card.

"Find three people on the street who resemble Running Man members. Jump rope thirty times with them to succeed. Find those who resemble Gwangsoo," she read.

"People who look like me?" Gwangsoo questioned, tilting the card slightly so he could read it as well.

"We have to find three?" Joongki asked, craning his neck to start looking.

"Well at least we don't have to find my look-a-like; I'm a foreign beauty; nobody has this cute face~!" Miyong claimed, framing her face as they began walking.

Gwangsoo snorted making the girl glare at him.

"Ya! What was that!? Are you saying I'm not pretty!?!" Miyong barked, stomping her foot on the ground. "Joongki-oppa, Gwangsoo-ajjussi's being mean to me!"

"Ya! What's with the Ajjussi!" Gwangsoo whined.

"Meanie Ajjussi! No wonder I don't give you my number!" Miyong barked back.

Joongki couldn't help but laugh as the two complained at each other.

"Let's continue with the mission shall we?" he suggested, gently tugging on the idol's sleeve to get her walking.

"Fine!" she huffed, stomping forward as Gwangsoo sighed, trailing after them.

"To look like Lee-ssi, they must be tall," Miyong claimed.

"Lee-ssi-oppa!" Gwangsoo corrected.

"Lee-ssi-ajjussi!"

The tallest hung his head and sighed as they continued to walk.

"When did you get here?"

The three spun around to see the Blue team walking up to them.

"How did you get here so fast?" Sukjin asked.

"Hyung! I've found one! I've found one!" Gary cheered, dashing passed the two older men towards them.

He took hold of Joongki's arm and Miyong couldn't help but laugh, realizing they had to find Gary look-a-likes.

The teams split up again, Joongki and Gwangsoo asking around for tall friends when Miyong's eyes instantly caught a familiar face.

"I found him! I found him!" she cheered with a laugh, dashing over to the man who was waving.

Joongki cheered and dashed over to her, quickly climbing a few steps and putting and arm across the man's shoulders as Gwangsoo attempted to deny their likeness.

"Although he's charismatic, he doesn't really look like me!" Gwangsoo claimed.

"Can we please look at you without your glasses?" Joongki asked.

The man took his glasses off and Miyong cheered, instantly seeing the resemblance.

They soon collected two more Gwangsoo look-a-likes before heading to the area with the jump rope.

"We're going to fail! He totally doesn't look like me! He has charisma, but he doesn't look like me at all!" Gwangsoo continued to deny.

"This is our first one, please turn around," Miyong began. "Look at his pants, the trendy pants. The next person… the beard.

"Only the beard is similar!" Gwangsoo barked.

"And the last one!" Miyong began, patting the man's shoulder so that he would turn around.

He did so and took his glasses off again, Gwangsoo again trying to deny the similarities.

"You pass."

Miyong and Joongki cheered as Gwangsoo gave the PD a baffled look.

The yellow team and the look-a-likes lined up along the rope and gave a small cheer before it began to spin.

The rope suddenly stopped spinning and Miyong swung around to see Gwangsoo stumbling away from the rope. "OPPA!!" she barked, stomping her foot on the ground.

Joongki walked over and grabbed his friend by the collar and shook him.

"It wasn't me! It wasn't me!"

"Don't lie!" Miyong barked, throwing her leg out in an attempt to kick him.

"Who was it? Who was it?" Joongki asked to the large crowd.

The people instantly began pointing towards the tallest making Joongki and Miyong glare at him, but move off to the side so the next team could go.

The red team and blue team began, and promptly failed, the yellow team going once again.

"Because everyone isn't doing too well, we'll change the target to twenty jumps," the PD announced as they stepped up.

Gwangsoo and Joongki played with the crowd a little making Miyong sigh and shake her head, the younger of the two men dashing down the line of people. They got back into their line and prepared to jump as the rope turned. The rope suddenly stopped and Miyong instantly looked at everyone's feet, seeing that it was Joongki who caught it this time, the man crouching down on the ground in shame.

"We fell because of Joongki! But it's OK!" Gwangsoo yelled.

The younger boy instantly stood and slapped a hand over his friend's mouth, muttering a shut up to him as Miyong laughed and walked back with the three look-a-likes.

Going through the cycle again, the yellow team stepped up for their third try, Miyong clapping in encouragement.

"In North America we have a saying: The third time is the charm! Let's win this time!" she cheered.

The crowd cheered with her and her teammates smiled, forming the line once again.

They began jumping, the large crowd counting for them. The moment they hit twenty, everyone began cheering, Miyong letting out an excited cheer and jumping in her spot. They made a small huddle and jumped around in a circle while cheering, thanking the Gwangsoo look-a-likes before Miyong was handed the next mission card.

After a quick read, they headed off towards the car, thanking the crowd as they left.

Sooner than they expected, Joongki was turning off of the highway for the Sintanjin Resting Area.

"Alright, now where is the Running Man banner?" Joongki asked, keeping his eyes peeled.

"There! There, there, there!" Miyong claimed, pointing in front of them to a man dressed in yellow.

Joongki parked the car and the three climbed out, dashing over to the crew member as Miyong was handed the mission card.

"In this rest area, buy the delicious "Acorn Muk Noodles". Finish eating it within 100 seconds to succeed," she read. "Alright, let's hurry!"

"Wait a moment, there is one more rule!" the PD called out. "Among the three of you, one member's feet must not touch the ground."

"Is it only when we're eating?" Miyong asked, not liking where this was going.

"While buying," the PD corrected.

Miyong nodded and quickly patted Gwangsoo's back, the man crouching down enough so that she could jump onto his back, the three setting off just as the blue team walked up.

"Miyong-ah why are you heavier than Jihyo-Noona??" Gwangsoo panted as the two men ran down the sidewalk.

Choosing to ignore his words, Miyong caught the attention of one of the passing women. "Excuse me, where are the Acorn Muk Noodles?"

"Just go inside."

"Inside? Ah, thank you~!" she sang, waving at her as the men changed their course.

The three walked in, their heads on a swivel looking for the food. They soon found the food and left, heading back outside to the mission spot, Joongki carrying the tray while Miyong remained on Gwangsoo's back.

"Ah wait… I forgot the chopsticks…" Joongki claimed.

"Who cares, just eat with your hands!" Miyong claimed as the two continued forward.

"But you can't eat without chopstick-"

"OPPA!!"

Gwangsoo let out a snort and continued to hurry to the mission spot, Joongki finally walking behind them at Miyong's firm tone.

After much trial and error, and Joongki continuing to choose the wrong box of utensils, their team finally passed after the blue team. They were lead around to the back of the nearby building, Gwangsoo instantly catching sight of a bunch of costume animals heads on a small wall.

"What the…" Miyong gapped, not having seen such strange things before.

"Here is the next mission," the PD claimed, handing her a card, Joongki and Gwangsoo gathering around.

"Go to 'E' Amusement Park located at Yongin. Put in the costumes and gather as many people as possible by the allotted amount of time," she read. "What the heck is this!?"

"You will be putting on the costumes, okay?" The PD began. "After putting it on, people won't know who you are. So do your best to attract and gather as many people as possible."

"And we can't reveal who we are?" Joongki asked.

"Correct."

"Well, which ones should we wear?" Gwangsoo asked as they walked over.

"Ah! The chicken is so cute~!" Miyong laughed, instantly dashing over to it and lifting the head off of the wall. "Oppa I want to be the chicken!"

"But the chicken doesn't suit you; aren't you very brave?" Joongki laughed, walking up behind her.

"I can be cowardly for a day if I can wear something as adorable as this~!" she cooed, picking up the rest of the costume and looking at it.

"I'll take the cow then," Joongki smiled, picking up the head.

"And I'll take the tiger," Gwangsoo claimed, walking to the end.

The trio picked up their costumes and walked back to the car, stuffing them into the trunk before climbing into the car and heading to the final location.

They soon arrived at the amusement park, quickly climbing out of the car and carrying their costumes over to the changing area.

"This is today's last mission here. You must win for it to be the last mission. If you fail, there's a chance you cannot go home," the PD explained as they all placed their costumes down.

"What do you mean we cannot go home?" Gwangsoo asked.

"The losing team has to work overtime."

"Really? We have to work overtime?" Miyong gawked.

"Are you going to abandon us like you did last time Miyong!?" Gwangsoo barked.

The girl gave the older man a sheepish smile and continued to step into her costume.

The trio finished putting on their animal costumes and set out, Joongki leading the charge while Miyong was in the back.

"Can you see ahead of you?" Gwangsoo asked as they began walking. "I can't see…"

Miyong snickered as she watched the two walk away, making her way in the opposite direction to cover more area. With a skip in her step, she walked around and tried her best to interact with the civilians despite the fact that she couldn't talk. While interacting with a family, the little girl began crying, Miyong bowing in apology several times.

Continuing to bond with the children, thus to the parents, Joongki soon showed up to walk with Miyong to the designated meeting area. They climbed up onto their platform, Joongki groaning and collapsing onto the floor while Miyong laughed and patted his back. Gwangsoo soon arrived and climbed up onto the platform with them in time for the lines to be closed.

"Take it off! Take it off! Take it off! Take it off! Take it off!" the crowds began cheering.

The Blue Team took off their costume heads and the cheers from their team could be heard even from the other platforms, people dashing by to go see them. When the crowd began demanding to see who was under the yellow team's costumes, the three counted down and took off their heads, their own group cheering, especially when Joongki took his off.

As Jaesuk addressed the crowds, they all watched as the number of audience members for the blue team went up, cheering when the number stopped at 95. Yellow Team's number began counting as well, stopping at a frustrating 74.

"Ah, we're doomed…" Joongki sighed as Gwangsoo cheered 'It's OK' with the crowd.

"You're the one who didn't want to leave early," Miyong snickered, giving him a raised eyebrow.

Joongki chuckled and patted her shoulder, not saying a word.

The Red Team's number began to count on the large screen, screams and cheers erupting when their number reached 99.

The red and blue teams left and after ten minutes, Joongki, Gwangsoo and Miyong stepping off of their platform, heading for their last destination.

"If we can't get off work quickly then we will have a night shift. Please go to HanGang Park quickly," Miyong pleaded as the stepped into the taxi after changing.

The taxi got closer and closer to the Park, the trio slipping on their team jackets as the car slowed down.

"This is our last chance, we have to run quickly," Gwangsoo claimed.

"Oppa, leave that to me please, I will run the fastest," Miyong claimed, fixing her shoe laces with a determined fire in her eyes.

The moment the car stopped, Joongki stepped out, immediately followed by Miyong and Gwangsoo. When the girl noticed the members of the Blue Team dashing ahead of them, she let out a huff and shot forward at full speed. She quickly passed Sukjin and was right on Jaesuk and Gary's tail before the older of the two pulled of the 'Get off work' flag, Miyong giving a short cry of frustration and kicking the ground. The boys caught up and Gwangsoo patted the girl on the shoulder as she chewed the inside of her lip.

"I… I am back after a 5 month hiatus!" Joongki pleaded, walking up to the PDs making them and the others laugh.

The Red and Blue Teams were allowed to leave while the Yellow trio were given their mission; greet the passengers who are taking the HanGang  river cruise.

"Hello~! We are here to do a mission~!" Miyong greeted as they walked towards the boat.

"We are here to greet everybody," Joongki added.

The trio began turning this way and that, greeting all of the soon-to-be passengers, Miyong giving a round of warm smiles and greeting to a group of Europeans.

The night slowly came to a close and the three were able to finally leave, Miyong rubbing her tired eyes and letting out a long yawn.

"Miyong-ah~!"

The girl turned with her manager to see Joongki running up to her with a grin.

"I was worried that I wouldn't be able to catch you in time," he laughed once he reached them. "I just wanted to say that it was really nice to finally meet you and that I think you worked very hard today."

"Thank you Oppa, that means a lot coming from you," Miyong smiled.

Joongki gave her a tired smile, but a smile none-the-less before waving and walking over to his own car, Miyong and Sil Lo walking towards their van.

"You know… I could probably pull some ears and get his number for you," Sil Lo chuckled as they climbed into the van.

Miyong pulled out her phone and opened the many messages she had acquired, a smile stretching across her lips.

"Thanks Unnie… but for now… I have all the phone numbers I need."




'NOONA!! You're on Running Man this week as well right? You, Jaesuk-hyung and Haha-hyung did well last week so I hope you win this time as well! The others and I are cheering for you! Fighting!'
