Sumin watched as L.Joe sat down at a table in the café. I am not spying! I’m just.. Being a good angel by watching him closely! She thought. She sighed to herself.

“I’m so stupid. I don’t like him that way! Nope! I don’t!” She declared. A few people stared at her as they walked by. Wondering why she was talking to herself.

Sumin sighed and she took one look back at him, and walked around the mall. Suddenly, someone yelled. “Excuse me!” Sumin stopped. Are they talking to me? She thought.

She was about to turn around, until an arm yanked her around. Her eyes widened as she looked at the arm’s owner. It was none other than her soul mate, Baekhyun.

“Annyeong.” He said and smiled. She pulled her arm back and waved. “Annyeong?” She questioned.

“I know we haven’t met officially, but, Hi! I’m Byun Baekhyun. You can call me Baekhyun or Baekie.” He said and smiled. She cracked a smile.

“Baekie?” She repeated and he nodded. She laughed a little. His face fell. “What? Is there something wrong?” He asked. She shook her head.

“Aniyo. It’s just, it’s cute.” She admitted. “It’s just funny how you would allow people to call you that.” She said.

He smiled. “I don’t, just you.”

She stopped laughing and stared at him. “Excuse me?”

“I would only let you call me that.” He triumphantly smiled.

She raised a brow. “Why?”

“Because, I want to be your best friend!” He exclaimed. Her eyes widened.

“M-mwoh?!” She exclaimed. He nodded.

“Hi there bestie,” He said and linked arms with her. She grew pinkish at his touch and pulled away. What’s wrong with him?

“Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Wait a minute, I didn’t agree to anything.. Are you alright?” She asked and placed a hand over his forehead. He nodded.

“I’m perfectly fine!” He exclaimed. She raised a brow, and crossed her arms and waited for an explanation. His face slightly fell and he raised his hands in defeat.

“Alright alright, I’ll tell you what’s up.” He said. “I’m going to be completely honest, now are you ready?” He asked. She nodded.

“I’m high right now.” He said. She rolled her eyes and began to walk away, but he grabbed her arm. “Fine! Fine! I’ll tell you the real truth!”   

She pulled her arm from him and turned to face him. “Okay… Well.. My cousin.. Has instructed me to..” He rubbed the back of his neck. “Keep you away from a boy.” He admitted.

She raised a brow. “Huh?” She asked.

“Okay, I’m not crazy. I promise you.
