Introductions

The Gods choose those who are worthy to become Leaders. They appointed three Leaders-one for each characteristic needed to live…and to survive in life itself. Each Leader has been a human before, and is turned into immortal beings to help others in need of their service. Leaders show the most of their subject in their lives, and are chosen right on the spot out of all the people in the world. There is the Leader of Faith and Hope, Dong Youngbae-or Taeyang as he was called. Before Taeyang became a leader, he was a positive soul who believed everything would turn out right. He followed the rules, did things he wanted to do and yet, his life was poor. He had no parents since eighteen, no family, countless betrayals and heartbreaks. But Taeyang would always bounce back up; say that things happened for a reason and move on. Thus, he claimed his place as the Leader of Faith and Hope when he turned twenty-four. Taeyang found his place in the world, helping others who needed him.

There’s the Leader of Intelligence, Choi Seunghyun/TOP, twenty-six forever. Yes, he was a smart one, even has stereotypical glasses to complete his serious and ambitious image. But, intelligence is not just your grades-there’s also common sense. TOP was a wise person, did things by knowing the effects, the causes and outcomes. He was a quick thinker, and people respected him for his mind and charm, as did the Gods. Although his love life was lonely, TOP already had visions of living a successful life on his own; he needed no lover beside him. But if that was what pulled him to such a spot in the Heavens, he wasn’t sure what to think of it.

There is one more Leader left. The Leader of Confidence, Lee Chaerin/CL. CL was not just the Leader of Confidence; she added another part to herself, Leader of Confidence and Individuality. As a child, she was always confident in herself and other people as well. CL never did anything like any other girls and followed her heart and soul in what she wanted. Like dying her hair, wearing bold clothing and trying new things. Everything was her way in her life. There was a fine line between being cocky and being confident, and CL was in the perfect place for confidence. Unlike the other two leaders, CL found about the extra place and asked for it. For her obvious confidence, she was granted the spot. Though, she had some anger issues… She would often get angry if an angel called her the 2^nd Leader of Faith and Hope, and many people about it. Mostly because CL and Taeyang once dated when they were younger. It was one of his less painful heartbreaks and he knew himself it wouldn’t last. She had confidence in him though, that he’d find happiness, and she was right.

Sandara Park is a below average girl. Even at the age of twenty-eight she’s quiet, weak, and finds herself hopeless most of the time in her life. As a young girl, she was called Dara, and was very lively. Until her father abandoned her family for another one. Having to grow up fast, she returned to being called Sandara. Sandara has a younger brother, Sanghyun or Thunder as he was called by friends. But she can’t remember the last time she’s seen him. To support her family, Sandara’s mother moved them back to Korea from the Philippines, also in search of work since her ex-husband left with all their money. Sandara was nearly twenty, when she moved out to no longer burden her poor family. But still, was in school and work and did community service often. She wanted to give people hope, but all she showed them was her façade of faith. She had no real hope to herself, and wished that one day she could find it.

Park Bom was an average girl. Literally, having average grades as a student made her have little options for life. She takes on being a waitress for a while and quits when she’s bored or impulsively frustrated. She’d find a new simple job. But it wasn’t just her school smarts that worried Gods. Bom made bad decisions. She smoked; she slept (even if she was the one who ditched in the morning), gambled and was…well…a hot mess.

Kwon Jiyong…jokingly called G-Dragon by his peers, was an ordinary young man. Now, he was a special case. It’s not like he didn’t have hope, or intelligence, he just was never himself. He did everything his friends wanted him to do, and their constant putting him down made him lose confidence in himself as well. He was a hard person to figure out, but he mostly kept up fake smiles and listened to orders. Jiyong thought of himself as someone who’d forever be…normal. And in the Heavens, that got on a special person’s nerve the most.
