“Hmm… That should do it, I guess…” Standing up, you pulled at the hem of your dress. How long has it been since you wore one? It felt kind of weird. Looking in the mirror, you could not help but let your eyes wander to where the scar on your cheek is. You had already applied some makeup on to cover it up but even after all these years, you were still quite self-conscious about it. You had gotten it when you were five while you were playing with Ohno Satoshi, a neighbor of yours. You could not remember all the details but you remembered falling off a slide and crying a lot. That incident not only resulted in the scar you had now but also your nickname for Ohno: “Oh No”,  a lame pun of his name and because you thought he brought bad luck, since it was not your first time getting hurt while playing with him.

Well, you were not wrong in a way. Over the years, many unfortunate things have happened while you were around him.
