The accident
Four Leaf cloverShinhye's POV
I snuck out of the dorms. Everyone else thought I was sleeping so I made sure that I was extra quiet as I left.
I made my way towards the cinema. It was only a few minutes walk from the dorms.
I saw Yonghwa standing there so I quickened my steps.
"Yonghwa!" I called.
Yonghwa turned to look at me and I saw a pained expression on his face.
"Shinhye," Yonghwa said looking kind of depressed.
"Yonghwa, what did you want to talk about?" I asked smiling but Yonghwa smile back.
"Yonghwa, I'm sorry if your mad about earlier bu-" Yonghwa cut me off.
"I don't think we should meet anymore. It's not going to be good for either of our careers. This was my dream, I only just got it. I don't think I'm ready to give it up yet." Yonghwa said.
I hadn't expected this.
"Yong-"
"I'm realy sorry, I hope you understand." Yonghwa said looking sadly at me.
I shook my head.
No, I didn't understand.
Yonghwa's POV
I couldn't bear to look at Shinhye, she face looked so sad and her expression looked so betrayed.
"Is it because of Minho?" Shinhye whispered.
I knew that Shinhye would carry on meeting me if I said it was so I shook my head.
"No, I just want to focus on my career." I replied.
Shinhye looked as if she was about to cry.
I turned away from her and started walking away, I didn't dare look back. If I did I was afraid that I might change my mind.
Shinhye's POV
I blankly watched Yonghwa walking away.
I thought he loved me. He had chosen his career over me.
I didn't really notice the lights speeding towards me until I heard the scream.
My scream. Then I was on the floor and everything went dark.
Yonghwa's POV
I had nearly reached my dorms when I got a bad feeling.
Shinhye. Would she be okay?
Why are you worrying about her anyway? There's nothing between you guys anymore. I argued with myself.
But I still think I love her...
I sighed I should at least check on her.
I ran back towards the cinema. Strangely there was a lot more people than earlier.
Most of them were on the road crowding around something. Someone.
Had there been an accident? I suddenly got a bad feeling about this.
I pushed past the crowd to the front. Just hoping it wasn't who I thought it was.
I looked at the figure on the ground.
No. no no no no no no no no no.
No it couldn't be.
Not her.
But it was.
What had I done?
