You and Hyomin was sent to buy some milk by your mom that night.

Fortunately, this was the perfect chance to ask her this. "U-unni."

"Yeah?" she asked.

"Do you...," you took a deep breath and continued, "do you like jerk oppa?"

Hyomin blinked in confusion. "Jerk.. oppa? Who's that?"

You quickly realized your mistake and corrected it. "I mean Myungsoo oppa!"

"oh.... I don't know. Maybe. But I haven't got any chance with him."

You were surprised because Hyomin was always confident of herself. You asked her, "Why? All the guys want you. You're pretty, smart, sporty, perfect everything."

"But not ever guy likes a perfect girl Haewon. You have to realize that."

That left you speechless. After a few moments you asked again," are you ever going to confess?"

Hyomin sighed. "Haewon-ah, I seriously don't know. Can we stop talking about this?"

You lowered your head. "I'm sorry," you apologized. On the way back home, you and Hyomin didn't say a word to each other.

You layed in your bed. 'Why does my heart feel like something's stuck? It's uncomfortable." Your hand touched where your heart was, and tried to answer your question, but you quickly went to sleep. 

Next Day

"Park Haewon!!"

"Kris!!" you shouted back.

You both met and grabbed lunch, escaping the always crazy cafeteria. Both of you went to the soccer field and sat down on a bench.

"So... you know that guy.. I mean sunbae who was in your room?"

You choked on your sandwich and weakly answered, "yea, what about him?"

"uhh.... he's weird."

"Thank you very much for telling me," you sarcastically said. "I don't know, but are you allowed to talk about bad things to a sunbae?" 

"I dont know, but aren't you supposed to be freaking out that a guy you completely don't know was in your room?"

"Yea, I'm freaking out."

"Where?" Kris said.

You pointed to your body. "Inside."

There was an awkward silence after that. To try to break the tension, you asked Kris, "Hey wanna hang out together after school?"

Kris thought about it and replied. "Sure. Where do you wanna go?"

"Hmm... let's go to Coex mall! I heard there was this new CD in Bandi and Luni's"

"Okay! I think I have to look at some c-pop CDs too anyways."

The bell rang, saying lunch ended. You put your junk in the trashcan, and turned to go. "Then see you in front of the school gates!"

"Haewon, wait!" Kris called you. He grabbed your hand and you spun around. His face came nearer to you, and you squeezed your eyes shut. A few seconds later, you could feel a finger wiping off something in the corner of your mouth. You blinked. "Uhhh.....," you were lost for words.

"Well, you should go to class now. "

"uhh.. yea! I should go.. now," you quickly ran to the school building. You put your back on the wall. "That... was close." You shook your head and hurried to your next class.
