So I'm supposed to be writing my cause and effect paper which is due by tomorrow, and I'm almost finishing it, but this author is about to have a mental breakdown if she continues to write with something she doesn't even understand and actually updating her own story :D 

Forget the cause and effect paper for a while, just clear my mind.

Haewon's POV: 

I didn't expect to be Juliet tonight. 

I woke up to the sound of hard taps on my window, which was right next to my bed. When I was widely awake, fear grew in me. 

What if it was a robber? 

What if it was a ? 

What if it was a ghost? 

*Okay okay, stop thinking about nonsense,* I scolded myself. 

I didn't know if I should open the window or not to see who it was. Before I could even make a decision, the answer came to me. 

"HAEWON!" 

That loud whisper. 

No scratch that. That loud shout. I knew that voice. I knew where it came from. 

Kim Myungsoo. 

I hastily opened my window and almost screamed when I saw that the Kim Myungsoo was standing on my window sill right in front of me, not below. 

I opened my mouth to scream, when it had been quieted down with Myungsoo's quick thinking and reflexes by something called 'his hand.' 

When I calmed down, he removed the hand away from my mouth. 

"What do you think you're doing here? It's like freaking 1am here! What if my parents found out? What if your parents found out?!" I whispered loud enough for only us to hear, but fiercely. I swore I saw him flinch when I said the last part. 

"And most of all, why are you even in my room? Instead of me, shouldn't you be in unni's?" 

And at that, I could've seen the immediate crest fallen face, but I wasn't sure because it was too dark. 

"I'm sorry Haewon. I...the men came to my house again. I had to escape somewhere." 

I let a small gasp out. "Who are those men anyways?" 

"Look, I'll explain later, but don't get the wrong idea. I'm not some runaway criminal and they're not some loan sharks." 

I looked at him weirdly. Now why would anyone who could by an expensive dress for another person have loan sharks around his house? 

There was a long moment of silence when I finally realized that he was still on the window sill, out in the cold. I moved aside to make room for him to come in. The darkness seemd to swallow us up, so I the small lamp on my lampstand. 

I suddenly saw my eyes luring into his sharp facial features, the dim light causing his eyes to look like it was shining, and some shadows under his sharp features. I cleared my throat. 

"So....," I said awkwardly. I didn't have anything else to say, so I asked the first thing that came into my mind. 

"Do you love Hyomin unni?" 

There was a long pause. *Stupid Haewon, what kind of question was that?* But on the other side, Myungsoo was relieved I asked. 

Myungsoo opened his mouth to speak. "Haewon?" 

"Yea?" I said, anxiously waiting for his answer. 

"I'm not dating your sister. I never was, and never will."
