Chapter 51

Dragon bride

Jaejoong had just gotten done using the bathroom as he opens the door. Just as he took a few steps, he suddenly felt dizzy. He quickly held onto the door frame to stabilize his body as the other hand touched the side of his head. Everything in the room was spinning but as quick as it came, it also faded away returning to normal. He stood there a bit dumbfounded, unsure of what just happen.

“Are you alright?” the teenager in the room asked startling jaejoong

“You…still here? I thought you left?”

“I waited until you are done using the bathroom to insure you weren’t doing anything suspicious…”

Jaejoong couldn’t help but sigh before walking over to the bed “I’m not going to try and escape…even if I wanted to…I highly doubt I’ll make it down the hallway…so you don’t have to worry”

The teenager stood there and stares as jaejoong lay on the bed with his face paler than usual. That scene of him a minute ago wasn’t normal. He looked like he was in pain even though at this moment he looked fine except for the pale skin.

“Are you sure you are okay? I should go and get you some medication”

Jaejoong chuckled “Haven’t you forgotten? I am your enemy…a captive…you shouldn’t care too much about my wellbeing…”

The teenager lower his gaze and seems to be fidgeting with his fingers “I…I know that…but…”

Seeing him struggle to properly speak his mind, jaejoong didn’t want to anymore “I’m tire…I’m going to take a nap for a bit…so if you don’t mind…wake me up in 2 hrs…”

The teenager nodded his head and walks toward the door before exiting the room but a part of him can’t deny the fact that he is a little concern about this dragon bride. It’s strange that they only just meet and yet for some reason, he had gotten comfortable being around him enough to even worried.

“I must be losing my mind….could it be that maybe he does have some kind of seduction power?” the teenager wondered as he walks down the hallway mumbling to himself.

Once the room is void of other presences, Jaejoong felt even more relax but he could tell his body isn’t exactly normal. He can feel himself becoming tire and a bit weak. He turn his attention to the ocean in front of him with a bitter look on his face wondering if it’s because he is so close to the ocean. In the past, he was terrify of such big body of water, he avoided coming to the beach as far as he could remember. Just being close will send him into a panic and gives him cold sweat. But thanks to Yunho, he had gotten over this fear however, being this close for so long seem to be having some kind of effect on him. This was the only reason he could think of to explain his sudden weakness and the moment of dizziness. He digs his fingers into his thick locks of hair and sigh deeply

“…maybe I might not be completely over my fear as I thought” he spoke to himself

He laid down on the bed staring at the ceiling as an image of Yunho flashed before his eyes. He placed his hand over his heart to feel the flower engraving on his chest as he closed his eyes.

“Yunho….” he spoke this name softly as he drifted to sleep

Meanwhile, the room is quite as Yunho stood there and looked at Boa a bit startled upon her request. He knew she was cunning but he never expected that she will go this far. He wanted to say something but no words could be said. Upon his silence, Bao took a few steps forward and reached out her hand to touch the side of his face. He neither said a word nor did he make any move to resist her advances. She caress him seductively while pressing her slender body against his

“Just a kiss…a simple kiss…a simple love for 5 minutes and you can be reunited with your lover” she spoke softly in a low seductive voice near his ear, allowing him to feel her hot breath against his flash.

Yunho’s body stiffens upon her touches and her low sweet voice near his ear. She traced her long fingers along his chest and down toward his waist like a woman in heat. She begin to leans forward, drawing her face closer to his as their lips are only an inch apart.

“Kiss me…” she whispered before pulling herself closer placing her lips against his own

She has been dreaming about this moment for such a long time, ever since she first meet him, she wanted him. She wanted to touch his body, and taste his lips. But now that she finally fulfilled that desire, it wasn’t how she imagine it to be. Yunho didn’t touch her back, he stood still like a statue allowing her to do as she please. There was no feeling, no reaction, even his lips did not move against hers, even as he is being kissed, his eyes were wide open with nothing but disgust reflected in them. The more she kisses him, the more painful it became as her chest tightens and her heart ached. None the less, she continues kissing him as it became more aggressive by the minute almost a sense of desperation to make this man hers through her body. She quickly reaches for his shirt to try and remove it but Yunho grabbed onto her hand and stopped her. The grip was strong causing her wrist to hurt as she groans a bit before lifting her gaze. Yunho looked at her with cold and angry eyes making her body shivers. It was the look of death wanting to tear her apart, limb by limb. Even so, she still mastered a bitter smile

“What? Don’t you want to find your bride?” she asked “You still have not love me for 5 minutes, if you don’t, I won’t take you to him...”

She move closer once more but Yunho shoved her back with great force a she falls onto the bed with a loud thud. To be rejected in this manner, it enraged her as she snapped her head toward him wanting to yell at him, to threaten him but the minute she looks into his eyes, those words she wanted to speak froze. Yunho was standing there, looming over her with so much hate that it make her body trembles and her heart ached. She had never seen him look at her this way before.

“Have you have enough yet?” he asked her in a deep and cold voice “Even if you kissed me…even if I were to love you for this short moment…it will not change anything…this 5 minute of fake love will not cure the pain in your heart…nor will I become yours…in this life…the only person I will love is Jaejoong”

Upon hearing these words, Boa became even angrier as she clenches the bed sheet tightly.

“You are too desperate…too shameful…it’s too embarrassing to lower yourself into this state…a woman who acts in such a way is disgusting…” he glares at her

Bao grabs onto the pillow and threw it at Yunho who dodges it. He was going to yell at her more but paused upon seeing the expression on her face. The last time he saw her make such a painful expression was when he rejected her confession many centuries ago. Her eyes were bloodshot as clear water could be seen. She is trying to hold back those tears but it wasn’t doing any good because a drop of tear escaped from the tear ducks and slide down her cheek.

“Shameful? Desperate? Disgusting? Who was it that made me this way?!” she snapped “if I haven’t fallen in love with you…my life wouldn’t have turn out this way!! Out of all the people, why did you have to move my heart?! Why did you have to be kind and treated me with such care and affection!! Why make me misunderstand your intention?! The way I am now is all because of you!!”

Upon these words, Yunho became quiet as he lower his gaze. He is still upset with her, disgusted with her action but now, he felted like those words he wanted to speak could no longer be said.

“I know that no matter what I do…you will never forgive me…” he said “I thought that if I rejected you…I was protecting you…but…I end up hurting you…for that…I am sorry….”

Boa’s facial expression changed as she clenches her fist tightly upon his apologies. He had tried to apologize to her before but this time, it was different. It was as if he is finally going to draw a line between them, a line that she will never be able to cross to make his feeling clear. She felt like she is being suffocated with rage and bitterness.

“Bao…I really am sorry…hurting you was not my intention….making you feel miserable was the last thing I wanted to do to you….truth be told….I really did love you too…”

“Don’t lie!” she snapped

Yunho frowned but tried to keep his anger in control to properly explain everything to her “I didn’t want you to become a bride…to be hunted…to live in fear….I wanted you to be free….to roam around…to travel…without having any restraint…..you were a free spirited person who loves the world…who saw the good in everything….someone so pure…so loving…I didn’t want you to have to live in such a dark world of being prey for hunters…”

“Lies…that is all lies…!”

“It is not lies…it is the truth…!” he snapped

Boa looks at Yunho to try and find any lies in his words, but no matter how hard she tries, she couldn’t find it. But now that she thinks about it, Yunho wasn’t the type to lie nor is it in him to make up these kind of things.

“why….why do you push me away…saying you love me but also saying that you reject me to protect me…then what about him?” she asked as her voice started to shake

Yunho didn’t say a word, with her he thought about everything and wanted to protect her but with jaejoong, he did it without even thinking it thoroughly. Just a single heart beat and immediately it connected with him. A phenomenon that even had him baffled

“You didn’t even know him…the first time you meet him you give up half your heart…half your life to preserve his…without even knowing what kind of person he was…you are willing to sacrifice for him…to protect him…to make him your bride without any hesitation…” she paused a bit before continuing “…you loved him, willing to admit your feeling for him…becoming obsessed with him…wanting to make him yours alone…”

Once again Yunho didn’t say anything as she let out a chuckle like a person who had lost her sanity

“Tell me Yunho…what is the difference between your so call love for me and your love for him…?”

“I…” Yunho paused unable to answer her question

“Are you even sure what you felt for me was love at all?”

Upon his silence, she wipes her long overdue tears and recomposed herself “enough…I don’t want to talk to you anymore…”

She went toward the window and plan to leave but Yunho quickly grab onto her arms refusing to let her go

“Where do you think you are going?! Tell me where is jaejoong?!”

She glares at him “I will never tell you where he is! I’ll make sure you two are separated for an eternity!”

She tried to remove her hand from his grip but he held onto it tighter without letting go.

“Let go of me!!” she shouted before summoning water to attack him.

She thought that this will cause him to jump back and release her, but it didn’t go as she thought it would. Instead, Yunho stood his ground, still holding onto her arms tightly and didn’t even dodge the attack. The knife like water cut him on the side of his cheek and arms as water drenched him. Blood escaped from the fresh open wounds but even then he did not budge nor did his expression change. Instead his grip became even tighter that she felt it will bruise later. He glares at her with his eyes glowing a darker shade of gold sending a chill down her spine causing her body to become numb. Even the air around her seems to have changed making it harder to breath. The energy around Yunho was different, it no longer gives off a sense of power and warmth but rather it has changed into something dark and fearful.

“Tell me where jaejoong is being held or I will kill you where you stand”

For the first time in her life she is actually afraid of this blue dragon. He had always been her object of affection but now…he has become her object of fear. This darker side of him made her body tremble as a sense of regret filled her mind. This was what they wanted, this was what she took part in but now she can’t deny the fact that she hated to see this side of him. Bao became quiet as she no longer struggle nor make any action to fight him. Even if she wanted to, she knew that she will never win against him.

“Very well…I’ll take you to him…”

Back at the hidden mansion near the beach side, the grandfather is in his room reading a book peacefully when he started to cough. It started as a normal soft cough but gradually becoming worst before coughing out blood onto the palm of his hand. He narrowed his brows in disappointment as he took a piece of paper towel and wipes the blood from his hand. Even though Byungchul was able to wake him from his slumber by using a magical spell, it did not change his state of mind and body. If he wants to live, he will have to devour the dragon bride’s heart soon.

“Mr. Shim…here is your medicine” spoke the woman nurse who is taking care of him as she give him the medication and a cup of water.

He took the medication as directed and felt his aching body slowly returning to normal “The dragon bride…what is he up to…?”

“I heard he is sleeping soundlessly as we speak”

The grandfather turn to the nurse and raised one of his brows “Sleeping?”

“Yes…”

“He is being to calm…and too relax…make sure to increase security around him in case he is planning something drastic…we can’t have anything go wrong”

“Yes…”

The grandfather turn his attention to the ocean view in front of him with a troubled look on his face. Even though everything is going their way, he can’t help but feel uneasy. After the nurse left, Byungchul enters the room with a smile on his face “Are you not feeling well?”

The grandfather slightly look at him before looking at the ocean once more “it’s nothing I can’t handle…is everything prepared?”

“Yes...everything is ready…”

“And MinSeok? I have not seen him arrive yet”

“He will be here shortly…there were some unexpected delays…”

The grandfather looks at him suspiciously before speaking “What is that stupid grandson of mine doing?”

“He is busy searching for the dragon bride as well as you…it seems he had not slept nor had he eaten anything…”

The grandfather did not say anything as memories of the past flashed before his eyes. Those times spent raising changmin was the happiest moments in his life. Compare to the other, changmin was of pureness, full of innocent…never hating nor does he hold grudges. He was as bright as the sun, always full of smile and laughter. Every time he calls for him, it is full of love and affection. At that moment, he made Changmin the heir, someone who can be a great leader to the shim family. A person who is bright and smart will surely make the shim family shine brighter than before. Never would he imagine that near his time in this world, the dragon race will once again emerged. He remembers those words changmin spoke, those painful and near tear expression on his face having to be forced to fight his friend to try and kill someone he adores. The light, the smile and the laughter from changmin disappeared that day and everything changed. Now instead of helping the shim family prosper…he is going to destroy it.

“Go…bring me changmin…”

“For what purpose? He is working against us…he is siding with the dragons…aren’t you afraid that he will help the bride escape?” ByungChul asked

“No matter what he chooses to do…he is still the heir to the shim bloodline…a pure blooded child who should be re-educated on whose side he needed to be on…”

“I highly doubt he will change his mind…he loves him after all…”

The grandfather snapped his head toward him with a glare “Don’t you dare mention such thing again…!”

“But it’s the truth…base on his action...he truly loves the dragon bride…even willing to sacrifice his own family…turn against his own blood to save and protect him…” Byungchul smirked “he even went against your own wishes for him…the grandfather that raised him…he didn’t even care but instead sided with the dragons...”

These words angered the grandfather as he clenches his fist tightly before coughing once more

“Now...now…don’t get agitated…you just woke up from your long slumber…your body is still weak and your illness has not been cured….”

The grandfather managed to calm himself and took a deep but weak breath “Bring me…bring me changmin…”

Byungchul only let out a sigh “yes…as you wish”

In the meantime, 2 hrs have passed and jaejoong still slept soundlessly on the bed without caring for the fact that he is being held hostage to lure in Yunho. As much as he wanted to stay awake, he found himself becoming tire and weak. It’s not like he is being calm about this situation but rather he couldn’t control his body and mind as he grew weaker, needing to laid down and close his eyes. His soft breathing echoed into the quiet room as he slept peacefully. He didn’t even wake up when the servant boy came into the room to wake him as requested by him. The teenager placed the tray of freshly brew tea onto the table and turn to look at the sleeping bride. Even as a guy, he had to admit that Jaejoong is quite beautiful when he is sleeping with those long full lashes, full pink lip and snow like skin. Almost like a trance, it draws him but he quickly shook his head and walks over to the bed. However, as he got closer, he heard a sudden moan from the sleeping bride. The once peaceful expression on jaejoong’s face has changed to one of pain and horror. He was narrowing his brows, sweating and his body was twitching. The Teenager reached over and gently shook his shoulder to try and wake him

“Jaejoong Shhi? Jaejoong shhi…are you okay?”

Jaejoong didn’t open his eyes nor did he wake up. He continues to make a painful expression and was having a cold sweat.

“Jaejoong shhi..” the teenager shock the shoulder harder but that didn’t do any good as he becomes even more concern wondering if he should go get the grandfather.

“Jaejoong shhi…please wake up!”

Upon the loud voice, jaejoong finally opens his eyes and quickly sat up panting and gasping for air. His body was shaking and mind was is chaos as sweats slide down his forehead.

“Are you alright?” the teenager asked

It took a few minutes before jaejoong would speak as he asked for a glass of water. The teenager delay no time as he quickly went toward the counter, pour a glass of water and handed it the bride. Jaejoong drink it quickly feeling the coolness of water sliding down his throat. After he finished drinking, he let out a deep exhausting breath trying to calm his body and mind.

“Did you….have a nightmare?” The teenager asked

Jaejoong slightly turn to look at the teenager before turning his attention away as he recalled his dream of being a child once again. It was the same dream he had before of when he was a child, on a boat with his parent out at sea. Strangely enough, this dream had stopped a long time ago when Yunho appeared but now it seems to have come back but this time far more horrifying. He dreamt the same boat…dreamt the same sunny day and the same loving smiles of his parent. It was the same stormy night with thunder, lightning, violent wind and huge waves. He watched as his parent got thrown off the boat and swallowed by the sea. The boat was shaking so much as he no longer has any grip and also suffered the same faith. He felt his small body being thrown around within the body of the raging ocean spinning and flipping as he is pushed deep into its belly. It was as if he is reliving that moment when his breath begin to run out and the endless pain in his chest. However this time it was different, the ocean was dark as he sink, the water was freezing cold making his body numbed. There was no light, there was no dragon that came to save him. It was just him…alone…in the ocean sinking deeper and deeper as the pain in his chest become more painful. Even after his last breath, there was no help…no hand to grab his…no life offering blue dragon.

“Jaejoong sshi?” The teenager called his name upon not hearing his speak for the last few minutes just staring off into space.

“I’m fine…” jaejoong spoke softly and weakly before taking another deep breath and fully turn his attention to the teenager “Did you find out what I wanted you to find?”

The teenager was hesitant but nodded his head

“Good…tell me”

“The…the invisible seal is created with 8 end point covering this entire land extending for miles”

“8 end points?...so there are 8 seals that needed to be destroy…the formation of an octagon”

The teenager nodded his head “But it won’t be easy…each end point is protected by a high level dragon hunter…not only that but the seals are made of ancient magic…destroying it will require a great amount of power”

Jaejoong crossed his arms and leans back against the head board and begin to think “Were you able to locate the exact place of these seals?”

“Yes…”

Jaejoong smiled “You really are smart and work fast within just these 2 hrs…now I want you to help me with something else”

“What?”

“I need a paper and pen…”

“For what?”

“To write a letter…I need you to help me secretly deliver it to someone…”

The teenager became shock as he quickly steps back and shook his head “No! I can’t…if I get caught…I’ll be punished!”

“Don’t worry…you won’t get caught…”

“No…absolutely not!…I will not help you deliver a letter…I can’t betray the Shim family”

“You already help me locate the seals…” Jaejoong grinned to make a point

“But...but that…I…I haven’t even tell you their location yet so…so…I haven’t betray the family yet”

Jaejoong could only sigh before speaking “Let me ask you…do you know what that old man is planning and who he is teaming up with?”

“Of course…the leader is planning to devour your heart and become immortal…”

Jaejoong look at him strangely wondering how this teenager could speak out those words as if it’s a normal thing to eat another human’s heart

“Who is helping him?” he asked

“B-ByungChul and MinSeok…” the teenager answered

“Do you know what these two are planning?”

“Planning? They are helping our leader achieve his goal of course…”

Jaejoong became serious as he spoke “No…they have alternative motive…you see….they do not plan to follow the old man…ByungChul wants the heart to himself…he will kill your leader for it…as for MinSeok…he wants to destroy the world…he doesn’t care for his family…he only cares for what he wants and that is to rebuilt this world to his liking…he is using you guys to help accomplish his plan when at the end, only he will come out untouched as this world crumbles”

“You are lying…”

“I am not lying…if they achieve their goal…this world as we know it will perish…everyone will die…you…your family…your friends…everyone will not be spare”

“That’s…that’s not true…”

“Do you care about your family?”

The teenager looks at jaejoong with a disbelief look on his face before nodding his head

“Then…you will have to help me…”

The teenager was hesitant but looking at jaejoong, he knew that this man did not lie to him. Even so, it’s hard to believe that ByungChul and MinSeok will betray the family and aim to kill the leader. As much as he doesn’t want to betray the family by helping jaejoong…he can’t just sit still and allow these two men to do as they please.

“Alright…I’ll help you…”

Jaejoong smirked “You are quick to trust aren’t you?”

“You!...you did lie then!”

“No...it’s the truth…Although I’m not tricking you to help me…just don’t trust in others as easily…you never know when they will attack you from behind…take that as an advice from a professional…”

“Professional? I heard you were just a worthless gangster who roam the street causing trouble and scaring people”

“If that is not a profession in the field of betrayal…I don’t know what is”

The teenager no longer wants to argue this topic as he provided him with paper and pen. After writing what needed to be said, he gave the letter to the teenager.

“I need you to give this letter to changmin”

“Huh?! Our current leader?! Why him? I thought for sure you will want to send a letter to the dragon”

“it will be too suspicious and not to mention it will put you at the risk of getting caught…however, if a family member approaches their leader, it will not draw as much attention and you won’t get in trouble for helping me…..but don’t worry…he is a good guy and a very good friend….he will know what to do”

The teenager did hear it before that the current leader and this dragon bride were good friend but he never expected that after everything that had happened, they are still close enough for the bride to still trust him. A moment later, the door opens as a few dragon hunters entered the room glaring at jaejoong and then forcing the teenager to leave. From the look of it, security has been increased as more guards are place outside the door and down below just below the bedroom window. There will also be two people in the room with jaejoong to insure he isn’t trying to escape. According to one of the hunter, the teenager will no longer be needed for the rest of the day. Everything will be handled by them who are professional and not easy influenced. The teenager only get a glimpse of jaejoong before the door closed as the guards outside the door glares at him as if to tell him to leave. He lower his head and walked away with a letter secretly hidden on his body.

Not too far away, standing on the cliff overlooking the large ocean stood MinSeok and others hunters. In his hand is the white dragon scale as he smile widely…becoming closer to his dream. In just a few hours, this world will be completely destroy and a new world…a world of his own creation will be formed. A cool wind blew around him causing his clothes to flutter in the air as the sound of ocean waves echoed into his ear. A few minutes later, the sound of footsteps could be heard coming toward him from the woods behind them. A figure emerged from the shadows as a few hunters became alerted and quickly took out their weapons. The person who appeared is none other than ByungChul as he raised his arms into the air to show that he has no weapon nor is he an enemy.

“Stand down…” MinSeok ordered as the hunters pulls back allowing ByungChul to move forward and stood at his side “So this is your so call plan B?”

“It’s great isn’t it?” smile ByungChul

MinSeok give him a disapproving look “You used my house as a battle ground…a distraction…”

“Are you upset? I can give you a much bigger house”

“No need…”

Byungchul smiled before turning his attention to the ocean as well “It’s so scenic…”

“Enjoy it while you can…once the gate is open…everything will be destroy as we rebuilt this world”

“You are confident everything will work out as you plan…”

“As long as I have this…” he held up the white dragon scale “This is the key…the control we need to accomplish our goal…and thanks to you…it has been discovered”

“Hey now…I didn’t know you will house such a precious treasure…all I did was have some hunters spread false information to draw their attention to your house…so they don’t focus on mine…only this way can I also get the young master to focus on something else and not pay attention to his grandfather…”

“You are going to use him…to do all the work while at the end…you will kill him and take the heart for yourself…”

Byungchul smile “correct…why work so hard when you have a near death old man who is desperate to live…with him getting involve now…we won’t have to lift a finger…I’ll just give him some ideas and he will do them with much urgency”

MinSeok looks at Byungchul before turning his attention away “The blue dragon will arrive soon…we must be ready…”

“Of course…everything is already set…when the sun starts to set…we will set sail…”

MinSeok nodded his head as he and his group left the cliff side leaving Byungchul behind who wore a smile on his face. Once the cost is clear, YongHwa appeared as he kneels in front of him

“Tell me everything that happened last night….”

“Yes, I took the young master to MinSeok’s house as instructed by you….he had asked me to go search for his brother Junsu but instead of looking for him…I was hiding and secretly followed them in the shadows….”

“You found out anything interesting?”

“I overheard the young master’s conversation with the dragon bride when they were in the room together…the dragon scale in his possession is merely a shard…not a complete scale…and it is from the shadow dragon that we fought not too long ago…”

“Shadow dragon you say?”

“Yes…”

“Where is it located on him?”

“I saw it glow on his chest…right where his heart lies…”

Byungchul smile even bigger “Good job…good job…Soon the Young master will arrive here upon the request of the old man….When the time comes, I want you to get rid of that scale…removing him of those power…”

YongHwa looks up at Byungchul “but…wouldn’t that kill the young master? It is embedded into his flesh”

“That is the idea…I’ll kill the old man…you will kill the young master…leaving the position of the head open for my taking…in this new world that we will building, I will restart the Shim blood line with me as its leader…now then…go and fetch the young master YongHwa…once everyone has gathered…the clock to destruction will begin”

“Yes…”

Changmin was in his office completely engrossed with his mountain of research. No matter how much he digs in, he couldn’t find anything out of the ordinary. All the properties owned by the Shim family are checked out fine with no suspicion, all the people he had interrogated didn’t produce any clues. At this point he was hit a dead end wondering just where exactly Byungchul and MinSeok could took jaejoong as well as his grandfather. He knows the reason for why they needed the bride but for what reason do they also need his grandfather? Was it a way to threaten him…have him forcefully obey their command while holding his grandfather hostage? No matter what he thinks, nothing seem to make any sense to him.

He let out an exhausting sigh before leaning back against the chair and messaged the space between his brows. MinJun has been ordered to go and rest in order to have his wound heal properly while Junsu is also in his room. As for the fire dragon, he has returned to jaejoong’s apartment to find Yunho. Everyone is scattered around as the office became extremely quiet giving changmin the peace he needed to properly think.

“If I was MinSeok and Byungchul…where would I go? Where can I hide that no one else can find me?” he asked this question to himself

Just then there was a knock upon the door, he groaned a bit before allowing the person to enter the room. A hunter who looked to be in his middle 30’s walks over to the desk and bow to changmin with respect. He handed him a small folded piece of paper that is plain white with nothing written as to who it’s from. Changmin glance at it and raised one of his brows unsure of what it is.

“This is…?”

“It’s a letter…a young hunter told me that it’s important and should be given to the young master right away…I figure it must be a clue to the where about of those two traitors”

Upon these words, changmin immediately got up from his chair and quickly took the piece of paper and unfold it. He begin to read it with so much hope that they finally found a clue, however half way through the excited expression changed. Changmin sat back down and re-read the letter once more as if to confirm what he read was true. Seeing that his expression wasn’t good, the hunter grew worried

“Is...Everything alright?”

Changmin let out a sigh before gesturing for the hunter to leave. Once the room is empty once more, he looks at the letter again when suddenly his phone begin to ring. He chose to ignore it but it continues to ring over and over again until it got on his nerve. He took the phone and noticed its YongHwa’s cell phone number. He frown at the phone before answering it with a cold and angry voice

“You got some nerve YongHwa…”

“I am picking you up….make sure no one knows that you have left…”

“What? What are you trying to do?”

“Your grandfather wants to meet you…”

Changmin didn’t say anything as he glances at the letter in his hand “is this a joke? He is in a coma, how can he request to meet me…”

“He is awake and in anxious to meet the grandson who very much disappointed him…”

Changmin paused before speaking “is he okay? You didn’t do anything to him did you?”

“Of course not…he is after all still the main leader of the shim family…”

“Then why take him and hide him from me”

“You will know when you meet him…he’ll explain everything so come through the back door secretly…I’ll be waiting”

With that being said YongHwa hangs up the phone as changmin glanced at it a bit before standing up. He grabbed his thin jacket and exited through a secret passage way that only he and his grandfather knew within the office room. It lead directly to the back door unnoticed as he found YongHwa standing under the shadow of the trees waiting for him.

Meanwhile, Bao had lead Yunho through a thick wooded area just a few miles from where the beachside is located. She purposely took the long route in hope that maybe, just maybe she could talk him out of going there. But as minutes passed by, no words could be said as she nervously walks behind him staring into his strong back. It made her understood that this is a man in love…someone who is willing to go through death, face an army of hunters to save the person he loves. She envy jaejoong very much to be able to gain this kind of affection…this kind of deadly obsession from a dragon of power and pride. She wished that it could be her but at the end it seems like she and Yunho were never meant to be as one.

“Are you sure this is the place?” Yunho asked feeling like they have been walking for a long time

“Yes…we are close…and you will find your bride …but I warn you…there could be thousands of hunters waiting for you”

“Even if there are a million I would kill every one of them who stands in my way…” he frowns deeply with anger as a cold breeze blew pass causing Yunho’s clothes fluttered in the air. His eyes glows an intense dark gold light as the energy that was once pure blue has turn black emerging from within him.
