Jessica was bored. She wanted to finish the business meeting as soon as possible. The young heiress of her family’s company, The Jung Empire, had other plans after a tiring day of work. She still had to pick up her cousin, Tiffany Hwang, who was going to arrive at the airport in just a few more minutes. Then, Jessica will be off to party with her beloved cousins at Club Generation until the wee hours of the morning. If only she could just finish this boring board meeting. 

She unconsciously sighed in boredom thereby gaining the attention of her board members who were engrossed in arguments over a certain project that was due next week. All eyes fell upon her as she gave them a glare in return. 

“What are you looking at?” She questioned with all the authority a 22-year-old heiress could muster. Her subordinates shook their heads in reply as they tried to avoid the piercing gaze that their boss had held. “I-It’s nothing, young mistress…” one of her directors managed to reply. 

“If there’s nothing wrong, then why don’t we come up with a solution to the project that’s due next week?” Jessica said after returning to her usual blank expression. 

The members of the meeting proceeded with their discussions with the help of their young boss who seemed to be in a hurry.
