Changes in My LifeSULLI'S POV
Lu Han was brought to the hospital as soon as the ambulance arrived. The boy he tried to save was all fine and not badly hurt except that he had a scratch on his elbow. I was outside the operating room while the doctors were doing their best to save Lu Han. Seconds, minutes, hours passed until the operating doctor stepped out of the room. He swiftly removed his mask and gazed at me. "Are you Mr. Lu Han's relative?" I nodded slightly, my eyes puffy from crying, my hands clasped in hopes that he would be fine and the operation was successful. He looked as if he was hesitating to tell me about the outcome so I stood uo from my seat. "Doctor, is he alright now?" I asked with my raspy, weak voice because of my crying a while ago. He sighed and shook his head. "We can only say he's already safe and alright when he wakes up. The impact of the car hitting him is too strong and too much for his head to bear. He will be transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for the time being." He explained to me. All the while he was speaking, I felt like my heart was being crashed and torn into shreds. I don't believe this.. This can't be.. Please live, Lu Han.. The doctor took a step close and patted my shoulder to comfort me. "Miss, please be strong." He said then left.
The news immediately reached my friends and they all came to visit Lu Han. They brought some clothes for me and other necessities that Lu Han and I might be needing. "Sulli-ah. Himnaeyo.." Luna said as she stood beside me, draping an arm on my shoulders. I sniffed, obviously I was crying again. Victoria eonni held my hand and squeezed it gently to encourage me.
