"You're a horrible date." Niddie said to Mike trying to lighten his mood.

"Huh?" Mike said looking at Niddie.

"I said you're a horrible date. Checking out other girls. Not paying any attention to me. Horrible."

"Last time I checked this wasn't a date." Mike said rudely.

"Right..." Niddie said and quickly walked ahead without him. He quickly followed her.

When he caught up with her she was throwing darts at balloons to win a prize. He watched as she threw the darts, she hit her targets and won a small prize. She smiled when the vendor handed it to her, her smile disappeared when Mike stood next to her.

"Not bad." He said to her. She huffed and walked off again. She stopped at another game, this time she was throwing baseballs at glass plates to break them.

"You seem to have some anger pent up." Mike said standing next to her. This time she didn't do so well. She ran out of baseballs and looked dejected. She turned to walk away but Mike grabbed her arm. "Watch and learn woman." Mike pulled out a bill and placed it on the counter, the vendor gave him 5 baseballs. The first throw shattered a glass plate beautifully. His next three did the same, Mike turned and looked at Niddie who watched him with a huge smile on her face.

"One more broken glass and the prize is your choice." The vendor said.

Mike turned to Niddie and raised his eyebrow at her, he took the last baseball and held it up to her face, "Blow a kiss for good luck?" He asked grinning. She nodded and closed her eyes and puckered her lips. Then Mike did something even he couldn't believe he did. He lowered the ball and placed his lips against her pillowy lips. Niddie's eyes flew open but she didn't pull away either. Mike could feel her lips curve into a smile. He pulled away and threw the last ball.

She got to pick a prize.

They walked side by side further down the strip, there was an area to play basketball. Mike went inside, Niddie waited outside. "Aren't you coming?" He asked. She shook her head no. He rolled his eyes and pulled her in. "The first person to make 5 shot wins." Mike said.

"Is that it?" Niddie asked.

"Oh are we betting now?" Mike asked playfully. Niddie just shrugged at him. "Fine if I win, you buy me dinner...if you win, I buy you dinner."

"Deal." Niddie said.

"Ladies first." Mike said and checked her the ball. She dribbled the ball and wiped the sweat from her forehead with the back of her hand. It wasn't that the weather was hot...it was just that she was really nervous. She doesn't know how play basketball. She already knew from her first date with Golf that she was horrible at sports...but she wanted a free dinner and the glory to rub it in Mike's pretty face. Niddie ran around Mike to drive it to the basket, right when she was about take the shot, Mike used his height to slap the ball away from her.

"HEEY NO FAIR!" Niddie yelled and tried to get the ball back from Mike. Mike blocked her and would let her get near the ball. She giggled and kept going from side to side to swat the ball from his hands.

He laughed, "You're terrible at this! I'm so getting a free dinner tonight."

Niddie grabbed onto his back, "Cheater! You're too tall!" He just laughed louder at her. She has never heard him laugh before, but she loved the way it sound. "So he isn't a big angry ogre all the time," she thought to herself. He turned around and held the ball over his head. She jumped up and down but it was useless. As she smiled up at him, Golf suddenly popped into her head. The atmosphere changed suddenly and Niddie stopped playing.

"Ok...you win. I'll buy you dinner." She said and walked off the court.

Mike just watched her, "What just happened?" He wondered and followed her.

They met up with Bohm and Emi and went back to the suite to get cleaned up for dinner. Niddie was quiet the whole time. Emi looked at Mike and gave him a questioning look. He gave her a confused look and shrugged back at her. Emi and Bohm went to their room and Mike entered his room with Niddie. She walked straight into the bathroom without saying anything or even looking at him. He sat on the bed and watched tv while she showered.
