She's Changed.
His Vow vs. His Loyalty
[Present day]
Her room was cold and dark. She remembered their wedding day as if it were yesterday. A couple days after that they laid Golf to rest, on what should've been their honeymoon. Niddie had dipped back into a depression and everyone wanted to get her out of it, but they knew she was in grieving. Min stayed and tried to take care of her, but she knew that he had things that he had to go do. He was traveling the country. She was not going to hold him back...not for her sake. All she wanted was Golf back.
"Dummy the one time you decide to save me...you go and get yourself killed." She whispered to herself. The year had been so hard for her to get through. She tried to live life again but everyday without Golf was so depression. It was suppose to be their one year anniversary, but now it became the day that Golf left her. She sighed.
Pim came into the room, "Niddie, your parents are home and dinner is being served." She looked at her best friend with a sad face, even after one year Niddie never got her smile back. Niddie nodded and followed Pim downstairs.
Niddie was like a zombie. Her body went through the movements of everyday life but it was like she had no soul.
To make matters worst, her father's business was not doing so well. Someone in his corporation had been laundering money and now her father was in a huge lawsuit that could cost them everything. Vipada had been hospitalized for drepession right after Golf's death, she had been in there for so long that she was slowly dying. Pisat was working so much to help her but..life was worst after Golf's death. Niddie visited Vipada at the hospital everyday. The only response she got was a small squeeze of the hand and a single tear falling everytime Niddie said goodbye, but months after--Vipada stopped responding and was in a vegetable like state.
Niddie went downstairs and was surprised to see a young familiar man sitting at the dinner table with her parents.
She turned to Pim, "Guests?"
Pim nodded but didn't smile or say anything else. Her parents body language told her that something wasn't right. A tall babyfaced man stood behind the young guy.
"Hi Niddie." He said as she came down.
"Hi..." She said but she couldn't figure out who he was. "I'm sorry do I know you??"
"We met at your wedding last year...I'm sorry for your loss by the way. But I'm Kon Niran."
"Oh...right. Good to see you again." She looked over at her parents but neither of them would look her in the eyes. "What is going on?" she thought to herself.
"Well I know this is a bit sudden but...your parents have agreed for us to marry."
Niddie quickly turned towards her parents. "WHAT?!" Her mom started crying and her dad nodded. "Tell me you guys are kidding..."
"Nope they aren't...you should know about your dad's work situation. Well I'm helping him out..but in return I ask that we get married."
"Who do you think you are?!
