Super Show
Rumours Started It All“SeoEun Unnie!”
HyunJung called for her attention when SeoEun was arranging the documents at the coffee table.
“Remember the two tickets you booked for me the other day?”
She looked up at her and nodded with a smile.
“Actually one is for you, are you free to go with me tomorrow?”
HyunJung offered SeoEun since she knew that SeoEun listens, and is quite a fan of their music. Each time she mentioned the boys in front of SeoEun, she seems interested and HyunJung knows that she wants to hear them sing live one day. She decided to buy a ticket for SeoEun to Super Show 5. It is like killing two birds with one stone; HyunJung will have a company and SeoEun can hear their singing live.
“Awww, that’s so sweet of you! But tomorrow will be our anniversary and I’ll be heading out for dinner with my husband.”
SeoEun looked at her sadly, feeling disappointed that she has to give up this chance to see Super Junior. She is not a really big fan of them but more of a fan for their music.
“Naww, I guess I shall go on my own then.”
HyunJung pouted in dejection, thinking that she has to go alone. She likes company, and she does not like to go to crowded places alone as it will only make her feel lonelier. Though she has to get things done alone for many occasions.
“You can go with Mr. Kim’s son! Oh, what’s his name again? JaeWan? Jae..Hwa?”
SeoEun suggested excitedly as if hitting the jackpot.
“It’s JaeHwan, Unnie..”
HyunJung rolled her eyes playfully at SeoEun.
“Oops~ yeah, right, JaeHwan,” SeoEun let out a sheepish chuckle, “He seems interested in you, and I think his dad wants you guys together too~”
She then wriggled her eyebrows in a mischievous manner.
“Hey!”
HyunJung whined.
“Too bad for you then; I’ll see what I can do with the ticket.”

“Your have a message, Hyun!”
SeoEun shouted to her from the living room where she was watching a variety show. She got distracted by HyunJung’s phone which sounded off, signaling that she received a message.
“Can you check it for me please, unnie?”
HyunJung answered her with the same volume from her room, where she was preparing to head out.
“HyunJung-ah! Hurry up! Your lover boy is here~” SeoEun yelled in a mocking tone after reading the text.
Getting the message that JaeHwan was already here, she quickly got out of the room, not wanting him to wait too long. She slapped her unnie on her arm before grabbing her bag from the couch.
“Hey! He’s not!”
SeoEun laughed at her flustered reaction and pointed out, “He obviously is! Why else will he agree to go on a boy band’s concert with a girl, who might be a crazy fan of the band? He’s too busy for that anyway.”
HyunJung had invited JaeHwan to attend the concert with her since she really did not want to go alone. She wanted some company. She was going to meet the people who was and still stands an important part in her life, she needed encouragement. By encouragement, she meant having someone by her side to accompany her. Since SeoEun was not able to make it, she invited JaeHwan whom she had decided was not a bad person, but someone who could be a great friend.
When SeoEun could not stop laughing, HyunJung slightly glared at her but still ignored what she had said.
“I have to go, unnie,” she hurried to the door, but turned back to SeoEun, “Thanks for sending the documents over, are you leaving with me?”
“Just hurry to your lover boy out there, you don’t want him to wait, do you? I have to leave soon too; I’ll remember to lock the door later when I leave!”
HyunJung just strike back with a playful anger, “yah”, and made her way out to meet JaeHwan, not forgetting to slam the door shut before she left.
“Hey!”
They greeted each other with a smile. HyunJung got more comfortable with him after the night at the beach. When he realized that she was a little down and quiet on their way home, he came up with stupid jokes which lightened her mood and made her laugh. They argued over many little things in the car but they knew all were just friendly little fight.
“Ready to go, my lady?”
HyunJung giggled when JaeHwan jokingly bowed and held out his hand for her. She just slapped his shoulder which made his wince at her strength despite her size.
“Just get in the car.”
She walked to the passenger side but before she can even touch the handle, JaeHwan rushed over to open the door and gave her a smile sweet as honey.
The car ride was quiet. HyunJung was busy thinking of what to do if the boys do notice her. Run away? Or smile at them like nothing happened? She shook away her silly thought as it will be impossible for them to spot her among the ginormous crowd. Despite telling this to herself many times, she still cannot shake away the uneasiness she is feeling. It will be the first time she sees them in person in almost a year anyway. She could not get herself to fall asleep the night before at the thought of seeing the boys after so long.
JaeHwan noticed the silence while driving. Despite his attempt to make her laugh, all he got in return was merely small smiles from the girl. Heck, she was not even paying attention to what he was saying at some point of time. He continued observing the girl for the rest of the ride and wondered what went wrong to have caused the girl to behave this way. He kept his questions to himself though.

The concert venue was filled with many fangirls – many of different age and nationality. She smiled seeing the amount of people supporting her boys. She felt really proud of them and knew that they would be proud of themselves too.
“Is this your first time attending their concert? I heard they are amazing on stage.”
JaeHwan shouted to her over the loud horde of people. Yes, they are indeed amazing. She thought before yelling her answer back to him with a wide grin.
“I have watched them a few times before in Korea. They are great!”
It was from the bottom of her heart though they are going through a tough situation now. No matter how the boys treated her, they are, and will always be the best in her heart, this she can acknowledge.
A fangirl huh? JaeHwan chuckled at what he thought was her excitement. What he did not know was that their relationship was not so simple – a fangirl with her favorite group. It was a whole lot more than that - there was a special bond between them.
