KyuHyun's POV

I know she is leaving not only because of her father's business. She is leaving because of DongHae hyung. Why is she leaving when she did not do anything wrong? If anything she should talk to us right? She really doesn't have to leave. I don't want her to leave. I shall have a talk with her. I dialed her number and after a few rings she picked up.

"Yoboseyo?"

She spoke through the phone.

"Hyun-ie, you home already?"

"Yeap just reached, why oppa?"

"I just wanna have a talk with my best friend, before she leaves."

She chuckled on the other end of the phone. It is always nice to hear her laughter. How I hope she does not have to leave.

"Hmmm.. How about you tell me when you free, and I'll make time for you since I don't really have much to do these days."

"Okay then, I'll check then call you alright?"

"Arraso oppa! Rest well for your schedules tomorrow! Good night!"

"Sweet dreams Hyun! You too rest well okay!"

After she hanged up the phone, I went to bed, still thinking of her. DongHae hyung was not here when she told us about it. Did he know that she is leaving? It is already 11 and he is still not back yet. His schedule ended at 6 today, I bet he is with G.Ae again. I shall ask him tomorrow. 

DongHae's POV

I woke up and realized I am still at JiAe's dorm. The space beside me feels empty so I turned to my side and she is not in the bed anymore.

"Arghhh"

I let out a groan while stretching my stiff body. I reached my hand out to open the door when I hear her talking to someone, probably on the phone outside of the room.

"Yeah, I'm not sick. I just lied to him."

She's not sick? What is she talking about? 

"Tch, that is finally leaving, if that fish is to stop her, she will hinder my plan!"

Who is she talking to? Who is the '' she is talking about? I am getting curious here.

"What do you think? I am just using that stupid guy to get fame! Why would I love him? I would rather be with SiWon instead of that fish-faced!"

I feel my world crushing down. Why is she saying this? So she just used me to get popular? She never did love me? 

"Besides, I love you babe. Heeheehee."

I got angered hearing her giggles. She loves another guy? Not me? 

"Of course I miss y-"

This is enough! She got cut off when I shut the door violently behind me when I finally got out from behind it. She jumped and turned to look at me with her eyes opened wide, obviously shocked.

"I'll call you again later." She whispered to the phone and left it aside then walks towards me. She wrapped her arms around mine while grinning at me, "oppa! You're finally awake!" I glared at her, feeling my blood boil just by remembering what she said just a while ago. 

"Who were you talking to?"

I asked without looking at her. Sensing my cold attitude towards her, she let go of my arms.

"J-just my friend..."

I know she's lying.

"Which friend? Who is the '' you were refering to?"

My anger got the best of me so I turned to face her and raised my voice at her.

"Just a friend, don't you understand?" 

She shouted and returned the glare.

"Yeah, and the 'why would I love him'? You preferred SiWon?"

"I-it's just a-another one of my suitors, I don't love him and SiWon oppa is way better than him, that's why I said that!"

She seemed a little flustered, but nonetheless reasoned out.

"Okay, and the ''? 'Fish-faced'? 'I love you babe'? Are you cheating me huh? You don't love me?" 

I pressed on, determined to find out what she was talking about. She can't be cheating, right?

"Do you doubt me now, oppa? You know I love you right? How can you doubt my love for you?"

She looked at me behind her teary eyes. Slowly, her tears began to drop. Seeing this, I feel my heart soften. Why do I keep making girls cry? First HyunJung, and now JiAe. I don't like seeing people cry. Moreover, I was the one who caused the tears. I feel guilty. Sighing in defeat, I lowered my head and walked nearer to her while she took a step back, tears still falling from her eyes. 

"Ji-ah, I'm s-sorry. I should not have acted that way, I should have controlled myself." 

I held her shoulders while looking into her eyes. I then pulled her into a hug.

"Sorry Ji-ah, I should have trusted you. I love you."

Even though I feel sorry, I still cannot help feeling weird about her, that friend and that phone conversation of hers. I am curious about what she said about using someone, and the '' that is leaving. Who is leaving for where? Oh right, and she is not sick?

Author's POV

Tch. He's just so gullible. Just a few more days and she will not be here anymore. 

G.Ae smirked when DongHae hugged her. She is planning to keep DongHae away from HyunJung until she leaves or better yet, not let him see her again until she gets to her goal, which is to get rich and famous by using DongHae. 

Sometimes, DongHae is just too oblivious and soft-hearted for his own good.

The two then spent the rest of the day together because JiAe refused to let DongHae leave even if he has a schedule. He only managed to leave when he made a promise to return straight away after his work. 

She is sure able to keep DongHae away from HyunJung at the moment.
