MiJoo walked in, her eyes immediately going to the hospital bed. The room was silent, except for the beeping of the machines. MyungSoo hasn't woken up yet. His face looked calm. Relaxed. There was a sense of peace. He was all washed up as well. No one would've known he had been shot just hours earlier.

"I'm going to head back to the dorms now," SanHa yawned, "Don't stay too long. The nurse is a little mad we came after visiting hours, but..."

EunWoo and MiJoo nodded. SanHa quietly slipped away.

EunWoo sighed. He put his hand on MyungSoo's shoulder. Then he looked over at MiJoo.

"Well, I just came to make sure MyungSoo's good. It seems he's doing well. I'll let you have your alone time with MyungSoo. I'll be waiting outside, okay?"
"Thanks," she said gently as he left the room.

The silence resumed. She felt start to close up, but she had no more tears left to cry. She had cried too much already.

"MyungSoo, please wake up soon. I have some things to tell you," She held his hand tightly.

Her other hand raised, and she placed her finger delicately on his forehead. Her finger traced his eyelids, then his high-bridged nose. He had chapped lips as usual, and her finger hovered over it ever-so-slightly.

"I'm so sorry," she whispered, "MyungSoo, please wake up. Because of me, you were hurt..."

MyungSoo's finger moved a bit as he slowly woke up from his dream. Then, gradually, his eyes opened and he met MiJoo's eyes, which widened in shock.

"MyungSoo, you're awake!" She cried as she hugged him.

"H..." That was all he could get out.

His throat was so dry, and there was a pang of pain on his side when he made a sound.

EunWoo opened the door, "Did I just hear MyungSoo's awake?!"

He quickly ran out and called for a nurse.

"MyungSoo," MiJoo kept repeating as she sobbed. She was overcome with emotion. All her mind thought was that MyungSoo was alive. MyungSoo is well.

His eyes adjusted to the bright light. He wondered how long he was out. Crazily, he was relieved to see MiJoo here at the hospital, as much as he hated hospitals. He was just glad he wasn't alone when he woke up.

She poured him a drink and held the cup for him. He gulped down the cold water almost immediately. MiJoo got another cup and he quickly gulped that one down as well.

"Are you okay?" He asked, his voice still hoarse.
"What about you?"
He smiled slightly and nodded, "If you're okay, then I'm okay."

The nurse came in as well as RokHyun and EunWoo.

"L, what have you gotten yourself into?!" RokHyun shouted, startling MiJoo.
