Taehyung POV

I was talking to a friend of mine from my class before. We bumped into each other and I could tell.. She likes me.. But I like Jenny so I just pretended I didn't know and showed no interest in her so she could get the idea.

She was a good friend but sometimes she reminded me of a . She didn't have the best reputation in our school but yeah.. So the reason I saw her was because I am out right now waiting for Jenny so we can hang out. I wanted to hang out now because... I wanna confess to her honestly. 

I was really nervous and everything. Then my friend. Jas saw me and came to say hi, and somehow invited herself to join us. So now we were waiting for her. In the distance I saw Jenny and smiled, "Jenny over here!" I said. She smiled and walked over, then almost tripped. I couldn't help but chuckle a bit. She seemed flustered about what happened. 

I explained that Jas was going to come with us and she smiled and nodded. I guess they were friends in school now. Sometimes I missed going to school but honestly I really didn't mind the little amount of homework they gave us. It helped when we had a packed schedule, but Kim was very kind to help us with how our schedules are so that way we wouldn't be too bad. 

Anyways we went to the movie theater to watch Beauty And The Beast. Jenny really wanted to go see it and I did as well. Though... Jas did kinda ruin it for us... she wouldn't be quiet at all throughout the movie, and because of it all three of us had to leave the theater because of her. 

Of course we were angry about it. Also she clinged to me so damn much I swear I couldn't breath properly cause of how close she was, which made Jenny angry because she always does that to me, and I don't mind it from her because she is careful not to be too clingy at times.

She tapped my shoulder and whispered in my ear. "can we just tell her we have to go? I don't want to be with her for another second" I really wanted to agree with her but I felt guilty. I sighed and nodded. "Hey I'll be back in a minute okay? I'm going to the washroom." She nodded and I left.

Jenny POV

I was waiting and that girl came back, "Hey where is Taetae oppa?" excuse me? Only our friends and me call him that. "He went to the washroom. After that we're leaving, He has stuff to do and so do I" I said just without emotion. She smiled "You know, I like Taetae oppa, and I know he likes me too" I scoffed at her "he doesn't like who spread their legs open for anyone" she gasped and pulled my hair roughly " you listen to me, Taehyung oppa will be mine, you won't take him away from me." and she let go, hell no. I pulled her hair "you won't touch my friend, he is going to date someone who is actually worthy of him"

"Jenny stop!" I heard Taehyung say, and this started pretending to cry. "Taetae oppa, I don't understand why she did this to me, I didn't do anything wrong I swear!" 

"Bull! She pulled my hair first!" He stared at me, "Tae why would I lie to you?" He shook his head and sighed, "I'm not sure this time, I'm disappointed in you Jenny." ... he actually believed her over me? "I didn't lie Taehyung!" he scoffed which shocked me "I saw you pull her hair right in front of me!" he shouted "She pulled my hair first! Why would I hurt anyone if they didn't do something to provoke me first?!"

He shrugged "You always were sadistic so maybe you didn't need a motive this time, or maybe cause she annoyed you from the start!" I felt so angry. "Fine believe her over me! this I'm leaving!" I left quickly, tears were collecting in my eyes and falling down my face. 

I knocked on Jin's door and Greaty answered. "Jenny? Why are you crying? Oh God wait here come in." She led me in "Kayla! Jin! Jenny is here and she's crying" Greaty had me sit on the couch and Jin came over and hugged me tightly. "Why are you crying little bunny?" I explained everything, and Greaty and Kayla looked pissed off, and Jin looked disappointed. "Oh Tae, what have you done?" Is what Jin said. 

Greaty and Kayla sighed. "It's fine guys, he chose his side" I think he'll realize the truth soon and we will be friends again soon. 

I was so wrong.

-5 months later-

IT'S BEEN ING FIVE MONTHS HOW HAS HE NOT REALIZED ANYTHING BY NOW?!

oh well.. I guess I'll fill everyone in on what's happened in the past five months. BTS is doing amazingly, they are really popular internationally too, J-Hope got a girlfriend, I think her name was... uhm... I can't remember her real name, but her english name is Jade, she's fun to hang out with. Taehyung is also dating someone.. Jas.. I was shocked because he didn't seem to like her. And to add onto it, she beat me in school, she was stronger then me too so as much as I tried to fight back, I couldn't.

It was the same as every other day. After school she took me and beat me senseless. But I felt more pain then ever because unfortunately I saw Taehyung today, and he was kissing her... I knew for a long while that I was in love with him, but he hates me now.  She continued, kicking and punching me, over and over, till I was about to faint, but this time. I heard a very familiar voice.

"JAS WHAT THE ARE YOU DOING TO HER?!" Taehyung? "oppa! I- this isn't what it looks like I swear!" I opened my eyes and saw him there.. Taehyung.. "don't get near me or her again, we're done. I should have taken her side in the beginning." He picked me up. "I got you now Jenny..." I closed my eyes once again and passed out.

-a few hours later- 

"ouch!" I felt a sharp pain on my shoulder and woke up. I looked up and Jin  was there with a guilty expression. "I'm sorry Jenny! I didn't mean to hurt you, I'm trying to clean up your injuries as much as I can right now." I looked around "where am I?" he smiled "you're at our dorm, Taehyung brought you here. Why didn't you tell us you were getting bullied?" he asked while continuing to clean my wounds. 

I hissed a bit in pain and shrugged as much as I could. "He wants to talk to you, when I'm done I'll let him in" I nodded and he finished up cleaning my wounds. Then he left and I heard a sound before Taehyung came inside, his cheek was red. "Oh jeez Tae what the hell happened to your cheek?" I asked.

he smiled a bit "Jin" I nodded in understanding. He sat down beside me. "Jenny, I'm so so sorry, for not being there fro you these past few months, for not taking your side, for everything, God what type of best friend am I?" He looked so upset at himself, "Tae I forgive you, You know well enough I could never be mad at my friends, especially not you."

He teared up a bit and hugged me, careful not to hurt me. "I missed my best friend.." he sighed. "I missed you so much" he said a bit louder. "Now there is something I have to confess. I wanted to confess that day as well" I looked at him in confusion. "What's wrong Tae? What do you want to confess to me?" 

He sighed nervously. Then shook his head. "Not now, tonight. Let's meet up tonight at 8pm sharp at the park near here." I nodded. I really wonder what he's gonna confess to me. he's still as weird as I remember. 

"I need to go somewhere right now, I'll see you tonight okay?" I nodded again and he hugged me once again before leaving. I closed my eyes. Then  heard a knock. "come in!" I said. Then Kayla and Greaty came in. "Hey how are you doing Jenny?" I shrugged "somewhat well." they nodded. "So we heard you and Tae are meeting up tonight. It's our job to make you look good for tonight." I blinked and I saw the items in their hands, makeup, a dress, and a necklace and pair of earrings to go with it... ..

"Uhm no thanks guys." they smiled "Oh you think you have a choice" I gulped and it took hours but they got me into the dress, my hair was styled, I had makeup on, and the jewelry on. I thought I looked stupid but when they let everyone else in everyone thought I looked extremely pretty.

I looked at the time and it was time to meet Taehyung. "Good luck today Jenny." Kim said with a big smile, everyone else said similar phrases of encouragement. Then I left and walked over to the park. It was pretty dark but it looked nice out tonight. I finally made it to the entrance to the park and I saw something on the ground. Cherry blossom leaves.. I followed them inside the park and looked around. It was beautiful.

Finally I got to the end of the trail and I saw a single envelope on the floor. I picked it up and opened it, then I looked inside. The words inside shocked me.

I love you, Will you be my girlfriend?

I actually felt my heart warm at the words. Then I turned and saw Taehyung walk towards me. "So.. Will you be my girlfriend Jenny?" I couldn't help but tear up. He hugged me and I nodded "Yes I will. I love you too Taehyung." He smiled at me. and shyly he leaned in, and gently kissed me. All the love we had for each other was expressed in that one kiss.

High school is full of surprises, some painful, some amazing. Love is definitely in there, whether it's love for a friend, for family, or for a partner. High school is a journey that only certain people can really understand.
