Hello! The moderators have decided to make a change to the guidelines to allow OC / member fics in all categories (as opposed to limiting these fics to only the Best OC or Reader Award). The decision was made due to the amount of interest shown to have OC fics available for nomination in all categories. The guidelines are updated to reflect this change.
