General Guidelines

Nominations will open on October 1st, 2016 and close on October 31st, 2016 (at 11:59 PM GMT+1).

You may nominate up to 2 entries per award. This helps from having works submitted multiple times by the same person. You can however submit a work as both nominations for that award (but you must fill the details of the fic out in both nomination forms).

While you are allowed to nominate your own work, we highly discourage doing so. Give other artists and authors a chance as well.

Nominees will be contacted before final voting to a) have a chance to decline taking place in the contest and b) verify the details of their works are correct. This is why it is extremely important you provide accurate links in your submissions.

Nominations that do not meet guidelines will be discarded.

All nominated works must have been posted (completed or updated) between September 1st, 2015 and August 31st, 2016 excluding the Best Abandoned Fic and Best Fandom Classic Fic categories.

All written works must be in the English language.

Nominated works must include a member of Exo as their main character (either member-centric or in a pairing). Any of the 12 members from the debut lineup of Exo are accepted.

Plagiarized works are not eligible for nomination or awards.

All works submitted must be readable online. Valid link sites include but are not limited to Tumblr, Asian fanfics, LiveJournal, Archive of your own, and personal blogs.

Commenter must have commented on a work that fits the general guidelines. Commenter should have a profile or another way to identify them (social media, fiction community site, etc.). Commenter name submitted must match the name the comments are under.



Favorite Fan Artist
Artist must have created a work between September 1st, 2015 and August 31st, 2016. Artist's work must focus on Exo (either the group /pairing/member). Work must be accessible online and have the permission of the artist to be viewed (no reposts without the author's permission).



Favorite Fan Fiction Recommendation Site /Page
Page or site must recommend works that fit the general guidelines (excluding the dates). Page or site may consist of an entire blog dedicated to recommending fan fiction or may be an individual's recommendation list that is posted online. List must have been updated in the last 12 months.



Favorite Author/Artist Friendship
May be a friendship between 2 artists, 2 authors, or a combination. Both people must have an active and viewable profile on a website (social media, fan fiction site such as archive of our own, etc.).
