Aaron was staying over at the hospital. He fell asleep beside Guigui’s bed. He was still holding Guigui’s hand.
Guigui’s hand slightly moved. Aaron felt it. He was awake now.

Aaron : Gui?

Guigui slowly opened her eyes. She saw Aaron.

Guigui : A-Aron..

Aaron held Guigui’s hand.

Aaron : Guigui, You’re awake. Thank God!

Guigui looked around the room. She realized she was in the hospital.

Aaron : One second. I’ll go get the doctor to check on you.

Before Aaron even reached the door, Wangzi, Calvin, and Yatou came in.

Yatou : Guigui! You’re awake. (walked towards Guigui) I miss you.

Aaron : you guys are here.

Calvin : Yeap.

Aaron left and went get the doctor.
The doctor came in to check on Guigui.

Doctor : How are you feeling Miss Wu?

Guigui : I feel well.(Touched her head)It’s just my head feels dizzy.

Aaron : You’ve been sleeping like a pig for five days. How not?

Wangzi, Calvin, and Yatou giggled.

Guigui : Ey, I was just awake. You want me to go sleep again then? FINE!

Aaron : I was just kidding (Smiled)

Doctor : I guess you’re okay now. You can be discharged tomorrow.

Guigui : Thank you doctor.

Doctor left the room.

Wangzi : so.. Gui, you must be so tired of sleeping?

Guigui : Of course. I want to go out. Can we go to amusement park?

Yatou : Gui, didn’t you hear the doctor say you can be discharged tomorrow? We’ll wait till tomorrow, okay?

Aaron : You’re still not well enough. You need rest.

Guigui : For you information, I feel very well.

Guigui tried to get up from the bed, but she barely made it. She almost fell. Aaron caught her right in time.

Aaron : This is what you call very well? You can barely walk.

Guigui : I need to pee.

Yatou : I’ll help you.

Yatou helped Guigui walk to the restroom inside the room.

Guigui : So, what brings you guys here?

Aaron : Aiyo, isn’t it obvious that we’re here to see you?

Wangzi : Gui, just so you know. that pig right there (pointing at Aaron) has been waiting for you to wake up. He stayed till it was late midnight every day.

Yatou giggled.

Yatou : He even talked to you while you were in coma. He never left.

Guigui : Oh.

Aaron : Oh? Is that all your reaction? Eh, I spent my days staying by your side. And Oh? That’s all I got? You should at least be impressed or say thank you maybe?

Guigui : Well.. I didn’t ask you to stay here with me. You could have done something else.

Aaron : I’m so sincere to you. (glares at Guigui)

Guigui stuck out her tounge to Aaron.

Yatou turned to Wangzi and Calvin.

Yatou : Here they go again.

Calvin : So childish. You two are meant to be together.

Guigui and Aaron : NOT!

Wangzi smiled.

Wangzi’s thought : I’m happy to see Guigui happy and active like this. Thank God she’s alright now. Aaron, you’d better keep your promise. I swear I won’t let you off if you make her sad.

The next day, Guigui was discharged from the hospital.
Her grandma and friends fetched her from the hospital.
Guigui also got so many calls from her mom, dad, brother, and uncle worrying about her condition.
They were relieved now that she was okay.

Guigui has started going back to school. Aaron was really caring towards her.

School has ended. Guigui was going home with Aaron.

Aaron : You hungry?

Guigui nodded.

Aaron : Then let’s go to Alien café, my treat.

Guigui : YAY! (Smiles)

Aaron held Guigui’s hand and walked together.

Guigui’s thought : He’s holding my hand. Should I be happy? He’s still someone else’s fiancé. Ugh! I don’t care.

Just then, Aaron's phone rang. He looked at the caller ID and answered it.
He walked away to prevent Guigui from hearing the conversation.

*Aaron’s POV*
Aaron : Wei.

Hebe : Darling, where are you?

Aaron : Uuhm.. I’m in the mall with my mom.

Hebe : What for?

Aaron : She wants to go shopping. I’m here to carry her stuffs.

Hebe : Oh I see. I miss you so much. Can I see you?

Aaron : Heb, I’ll talk to you later, okay? Kind of busy here.

Hebe : Ok. Call me. Bye.

Aaron : Bye. (Hung up)

Aaron walked back to Guigui.

Guigui : Who was that?

Aaron : My mom.

Guigui looked at Aaron, curious.
Aaron held Guigui’s hand and walked again towards the café.
