Eonnie,

There is this girl in my class that reminds me so much of you. Like you, she had an English name- Krystal. She’s confident, pretty, everything that you are. I’m so drawn to her. But she is already popular. She’s like the queen bee and I’m an insignificant worker bee. If you were me, then you’d definitely be her friend.

Eonnie,

Today for class we had to form groups. I hadn’t even made friends yet, so I didn’t know who to approach. I was approaching Gary- the boy who always turned up late (he was already called for detention! It’s not even a week since school started!). Ok maybe I wasn’t approaching, I just kind of stood there and made eye contact with him. Then, Krystal approached me! I was so stunned, I didn’t even know how to react. I just nodded weakly. She smiled and offered me her hand, and we shook hands. My hands were so sweaty I was so embarrassed. So we formed a group, with her friend, Seo Yeong. Oh! Gary! I can’t remember who he got grouped with. It was like he disappeared into the shadows of everyone, like how I do. I kind of feel sorry for him. I don’t think people wants to group with him who looks like he d
