Eonnie,

You know that Seollal is approaching, right? This… is going to be my first Seollal without you. I don’t think we are really celebrating it this year, though. How could we? It wouldn’t feel right without you. Eomma asked if I wanted to get new clothes, but I didn’t want to. I think she was a little relieved, because she doesn’t have the mood to shop as well.

I remember when we were children, we used to sneak into the kitchen to eat some of the food before eomma serves them, and she would always pretend to scold us, but let us do the same every year. I remember how we used to choose our hanboks together, and purposely got matching ones.

I miss you, eonnie. I wished we could go back to the time when we were children.
