You lied on the grass, feeling the cool breeze, smiling as you closed your eyes and took a deep breath. Your family and Gongchan's family were on a trip together at Hawaii. 

You smiled to yourself as you remembered the past, the promise you and Gongchan made 8 years ago. 

It was christmas, your favourite day of the year. You woke up to see your parents at the living room waiting for you. "Omma, Appa!" You ran down the stairs and hugged the both of them tightly. "Merry Christmas!"

You had breakfast with them, talking about what you wished Santa Claus is going to give you when you heard the doorbell ring.

"I'll get it!" You hopped off the high stool and ran towards the door.

"annyeonghahsehyo!" You bowed politely when you saw Gongchan with his parents.

"~~~~~!" Gongchan smiled and gave you a hug.

After listening to the adults talk, you and Gongchan decided to go out to play with the snow. 

"~~~~~, look, it's a white christmas." Gongchan held onto your tiny hand tightly, afraid you would fall and hurt yourself.

"Oppa, my birthday's in two days!" You held out two fingers and jumped up and down.

"How old are you in two days?" Gongchan laughed as he saw you hopping up and down.

"I'll be eight!" 

You and Gongchan began building snowmans with the snow. You got tired and lied on the soft snow. You started moving your arms and giggled when you saw Gongchan staring at you.

"Oppa, snow angel!" You stood up and pointed. Gongchan walked over. "~~~~~. You're an angel like that one."

You looked up at Gongchan. 

"Oppa, promise me one thing." Gongchan bent down and met your eye level. He was 3 years older than you so he was taller.

"Promise me, we'll never leave each other, and you'll marry me!" You said and held your pinky out.

Gongchan gave you a pat on the head and laced his pinky with yours.

"I promise."

"~~~~~! Lets go swimming!" You opened your eyes and saw Gongchan right infront of your face. You smiled happily and nodded as he helped you up.

Gongchan didn't let go of your hand and pulled you all the way to the swimming pool.

"~~~~~ lets meet the guys when we go back okay? Jinyoung hyung says he misses you alot!" Gongchan pouted. "What if he tries to steal you away from me~" 

You laughed and shook your head. 

"I promised you." Gongchan nodded and continued your sentence. "To never leave."
