Luhan bit into his lower lip, his eyes set firmly on the ground as he took a step, finally entering the spacious mansion. His small body was trembling from fear: never before had he been in such an odd building before. He had been to the House before: large, dark, grey with tiny rooms; crowded pleading omegas and furious alphas looking for toys. 

He had despised it back there: even after Baekhyun had arrived, providing him with comfort each night, his life had been pure hell. Luhan wished that no one in the entire world would ever be taken to a House like that. He hoped that his naive heart's pleas would be heard and all that evil would be erased from their lands. 

After the House, the boy had been rushed to the hospital. He had only seen it once from the outside: it was humongous with wall painted a pure shade of white and somewhat big windows, letting the light of the sun seep through even the thickest of curtains. His room there had been clean, completely different from the hole he had been living in before. He actually had a bed, not just a small mattress matted with blood and filth. 

It was quite the shock to the small omega when he finally dared to look around his future home. The living room they had just entered was lovely. From the paled leather couch - that had been changed since it had been soaked with red hot blood - to the paintings that hang above it, everything just screamed sweet, homely.

For a moment, the omega had no idea what to do: he didn't want to dirty the cream-colored rugs with his brand new - but already not so clean - shoes, or sit at the place he was not supposed to. So he just stood in front Sehun, flinching for a moment when the alpha wrapped his arms around his waist. During the past week that had passed since Baekhyun's arrival, the boy had warmed up to the alpha quite a bit. His beast pretty much craved the other's presence: one moment without him and it was a whimpering mess, causing the humane part of the boy to be distressed as well.

This kind of clinginess was quite alien to the young omega. He had depended on alphas before: of course, given that his life was in their hands, but he had never wanted to be close to them.

With Sehun... it was different, especially after his beast had broken free. The small omega just wanted to be near him, to be praised by him... loved by him.
