Baekhyun shook still as he was enveloped in a tight hug, relaxing only when large hands were buried in his soft, perfectly-styled hair. Normally, he would have whined, hating how it was being messed up.. But at that moment, he just couldn't care. It was nearly terrifying, knowing very well that he was in danger.

Chanyeol wasn't safe and he would never be.

The omega should have ran away, he knew it. He should have let Sehun take care of the rogue but... something in the pit of his stomach just didn't allow him to do so. His beast was pleading to reunite with is caretaker even though its soul had been crushed when they had been abandoned at the worst of times.

So Baekhyun didn't move, hot tears rushing done his flushed cheeks. He wanted Chanyeol to run away..

And yet, he wanted the alpha to stay, too. He wanted to just hug him tight and kiss him.. he wanted to just go out with the other, merely to just get drunk on their freedom..and maybe each other.

"Let me explain." Chanyeol spoke finally, his voice rough but soaked in pain."Baekhyun, they were going to kill you. They found out about us!" Sincerity was radiating from his dark eyes as he bent down to kiss the omega's tears away, again and again."Please, give me a chance. They are all gone and the House is burnt down. Please... Believe me, sweetheart. I love you so much..."

Luhan  let out one of his odd, strangled whimpers again as Sehun pulled him up, leading him back into his room to give the two some privacy. Surely, the alpha didn't feel good leaving the omega alone with a stranger, but he knew that some things just weren't under his control. If the alpha was at his right mind, he wasn't going to even think of harming the omega.

After all, omegas were never to be hurt, just treasure. The young alpha could still recall the time he had been explained it. He had been taught how to handle the frail little creatures, even when they did something wrong.

Just one wrong movement could shatter them.

He let out a soft sigh as he led Luhan to his bed, helping him lie down before checking his IV, glad that it hadn't been damaged when the petit boy had dragged it outside.

"They will be fine.." Sehun murmured as cautiously, he extended a hand to grab the omega's in his, kissing it lightly."Luhan, I..."
