Parallel Lines
I spent the rest of my free time that week after school catching up on homework, it seemed like all the bullying stopped much to my happiness, well happiness wasn’t the right word, and everyone felt that something was off when Luhan wasn’t in school and the fact that I didn’t say anything about him at all.
It wasn’t my place to tell them Luhan’s bad news; Luhan wasn’t really answering my calls either, not that I blamed him. His dad had Luhan’s life completely mapped from the moment he was born and that was obvious, he was distancing himself from me again, I couldn’t feel hurt by it because I didn’t even know where to begin in understanding what he was going through right now.
None of us went to the annual that Wednesday either, no one felt like there was much of a point.
It was Thursday and school had just ended, I had successfully caught up on half of the homework I had missed but it still seemed daunting.
“Doing anything tonight?” Amber asked as she walked alongside me,
I shook my head, “I’ll probably just do homework,”
“Kris is taking me out on a date,” Amber smiled,
I laughed, “That’s good,”
“I’ll call you later to let you know,” She hugged me before she ran off towards Kris who was leaning against his car; she kissed him before she got into his car.
I shuddered to myself, “I’ll never get used to it,” I spotted Sehun’s car and smiled, of course I didn’t go to school in the Agera, for starters my dad didn’t even know I was driving again and would probably murder me, I got into Sehun’s car and smiled at him, “Good day at school?”
Sehun nodded, “Kai is heading over to 2PM’s dance studio this afternoon, his dad agreed to let him go, I’m actually heading there after I get changed at home,”
“That’s cool,” I smiled at him, “I’ll have to come watch at some point,”
Sehun laughed as he pulled away, “2PM would love that,”
“I know, they’re so clingy,” I sighed, “You’ll have to say hello to BTS too,”
“They’re due a lesson in drifting from them to be honest, I’ve been getting lessons too,” Sehun announced, “By the way, heard anything from Luhan?”
I shook my head, “No,”
“You know something though don’t you?” He frowned,
I sighed, “His dad is already finding him another fiancée,”
Sehun looked at me briefly, “What?”
“I know,” I shrugged, “Luhan was begging me to try and help him like I did with you, but… it’s totally different,”
“I feel sorry for him,” Sehun sighed, “It’s like he’s not allowed a life, if there was anything we could do then I would,”
I raised an eyebrow, “Oh?”
“Don’t get me wrong Sara,” Sehun his lips slowly, “I just want you to be happy,”
I sighed, “And what about you?”
“Me?” Sehun laughed, “I’ll be fine Sara,”
I rolled my eyes, “That’s not what I meant,”

Sehun ran straight up stairs to get dressed, he was excited to go to 2PM’s dance I was about to go upstairs when my father stopped me.
“Sara,” He came up to me fixing his tie, “I need you to come with me to meet a client of mine,”
I frowned, “I have a lot of homework dad do I have to go?”
“If you don’t want me to confiscate that pretty car you’ve been hiding then yes, you do,” he smirked,
I pouted, “You’re so mean,”
“You love me though,” He laughed,
I sighed, “Debatable, what should I wear?”
“Something that makes you even more beautiful, if that’s at all possible,” my dad smiled at me, “I’ll be down here when you’re ready, we’ll be leaving in half an hour,” I rolled my eyes as I headed upstairs,
Sehun was just coming out of his room, slinging his back pack over his shoulder; he blinked when he saw the look on my face, “What’s up?”
“I have to go to meet a client of my father’s, he found out about my car and is black mailing me about it,” I sighed,
Sehun snorted, “I told you he was scary,”
“Yeah, but he treats you like liquid gold,” I puffed my face out,
Sehun placed both of his hands on my cheeks and forced the air out
