After our game with Karam I checked my phone. I was curious as to what they wrote me back. Plus, the tennis match with Karam was a total blow off. Karam just wanted to flirt with some girl he knew was going to be there.

I continued to read Hyunmin’s text over and over again. I couldn’t help but read some jealousy in that. I didn’t know why but I felt a little giddy thinking that he was jealous.

“What’s got you so happy?” Karam asked from behind me as we left the courts. I smiled and shook my head.

“Nothing… you ready for your mom’s dinner?” I asked. He nodded furiously.

“Yeah she cooks the good stuff when we have guests.” He told me. I laughed and shoved him over.

“Yeah it’s only because you eat like as if you’ve never seen food in your life. Cheaper food means more food,” I told him, tapping his stomach.

“Yah!... that’s what my mom said,” He muttered. I laughed and we went to go buy some snacks at a nearby convenient store. Since, like Karam just admitted, he was an endless pit of hunger and I was also kind of hungry as well. I took this opportunity to reply back to Hyunmin.

What would it matter if I wanted to date

Karam? But no… we went to go play

Hyunjae

“So I bought some chips soda and candy… all of which we have to hide from my mom.” He told me. I laughed and grabbed some candy out of the bag.

“If we get caught I’m going to blame it on you… just a heads up,” I joked. We ate our snacks and surprisingly I quickly got a message from Hyunmin.

I laughed. Karam quickly got curious.

“Okay I’ve been trying not to say this, but you’ve been really absorbed in that phone. What’s so interesting?” He asked, sneaking a peak at my phone. Before I could switch off my phone he saw the name and smirked. “Hyunmin huh? I thought you and lover boy were worst enemies,” He stated. I couldn’t help but blush. I felt like a little kid that got caught with their hand in a cookie jar.

“Um… it’s not what you think. We just like teasing each other,” I muttered, trying to hid my blush from him. Karam chuckled at my reaction.

“Yah! If I didn’t know any better I would think you actually liked this guy. Don’t tell me the prince finally got you tongue tied.” He stated. I felt my heart stop.

“N-no… I umm… j-just trying to g-get along with him,” I replied. Karam immediately exploded in to fits of laughter.

“Nope… you like him… end of story,” Karam stated. I couldn’t help but punch his arm. I didn’t want to admit to myself that I liked Hyunmin like that. I mean sure he has a great smile, he had a great sense of style, and for the most part a pretty good attitude. That didn’t mean I liked him… I just was starting to get along with him.

“I don’t like him!” I insisted. Karam held on to his arm still laughing.

“No you do. I recognize that face anywhere. You have a crush on Hyunmin.” He teased me. I looked down on the ground.

Okay so I like Hyunmin… big deal.

[With Hyunmin]

I looked at my phone and sighed.

She needs to answer me already.

Sure it had only been like a minute since I sent the message, but it felt like I had been waiting an eternity.

“Yah quit staring at your phone like that. My sister is probably too busy with Karam to answer you,” Mika told me. I was at his house hoping to get my mind off of Hyunjae, or maybe I just wanted to be as “close” to her as I could be.

“Hyunjae and Karam would never… date right?” I asked him, as Mika was searching in his refrigerator for a snack.

“Ha ha jealous already? You do realize that most of Hyunjae’s friends are guys right?” Mika teased. I sighed and stared at my phone. She still hasn’t answered.

“Hyung… if you like her so much why do you so much?” Jay asked. Did I mention Jay was here? Yeah… he insisted on tagging along. He called it his duty.

“Yeah, I’ve been wondering that too. I mean don’t get me wrong. I kind of figured you liked my sister since you so much, but I don’t understand the method of your madness.” Mika stated. I shrugged.

“Hyunjae is just so different. I mean from the moment I met her. She didn’t stare at me like other girls…she didn’t even compliment me. She insulted me! From then she caught my attention. At first I thought, whatever she can distract me from all these other girls. Slowly… I fell for her. I don’t even know what it was about her. She’s just so cute when she’s mad. I guess that’s the problem though. I like Hyunjae so much I don’t know the right words to say in front of her. So in the end I just . Y’know to play it off,” He explained. The guys sat there surprised at what he just said.

Hyunmin was never the type of guy to be taken with a girl, but this time around he fell and hard.

“Wow hyung… you’ve got it bad,” Jay said. I glared at him. Mika put an arm around my shoulder.

“Well now that I know you like my sister we have to plan out how you’re going to confess to her,” Mika assured me. I almost choked on my spit.

“T-thanks b-but no thanks, I’ll find a way to do it by myself,” I told them.

“Nope hyung you said it yourself. You can’t find a way to say things to her. So we need to help you,” Jay defended. I sighed knowing I wasn’t going to get out of this one.

“Fine… what’s your plan?” I asked. The guys looked at me and grinned mischievously.

I better not regret this…

Well yeah i know hate me..... i haven't updated in FOREVER... but to be fair I had lots of school. Also my Mblaq readers have been motivating me to write a lot so i couldn't help but be a little biased.
