“Yah Choi Minho, don’t tell me you want Jonghyun back!” Kibum pushed Minho’s shoulder aggressively because he couldn’t believe that this good friend of his wanted his old lover back. Just few seconds ago, the taller guy was excited to tell him that the relationship between Jonghyun and Onew was breaking apart.

“Don’t overreact, Kibum,” Minho scoffed lightly. “Why are you like this?”

Kibum rolled his eyes and laughed dryly, “He’s Onew’s boyfriend. Despite knowing that you don’t get along with Onew, he went ahead to date him! Your long-distance relationship with Jonghyun wasn’t stable at all which proved that he wasn’t the one for you.”

Minho smiled at his best friend for being so concerned about him. He understood why Kibum was so against or even disliked Jonghyun but ultimately Kibum wasn’t close to Jonghyun to judge him like this. He knew Onew was the one who made advances towards Jonghyun. Being simple-minded, this small guy did not know how to react appropriately. On top of that, he was the one who broke Jonghyun’s heart by leaving Korea and initiated a breakup… Basically, they were both wrong, Minho thought. Jonghyun was wrong for accepting Onew’s advances and Minho was wrong at letting Onew succeeded in wooing Jonghyun.

“Why are you smiling? I’m very serious here!” Kibum couldn’t help but to be infuriated.

“Kibum, after the breakup I was determined to forget Jonghyun and see him as a brother. However when I came back to see the new Jonghyun…I realized I couldn’t do so. The new Jonghyun is so much more attractive.”

“You are just blinded by his beauty!” Kibum yelled, trying to talk some sense into Minho’s head.

“Maybe?” Minho laughed. “He has changed a lot. He is more independent and not as naïve as before. I kind of like the current him because he was so needy in the past.”

“Whatever, I’m washing hands of you.” Kibum walked off hastily. It seemed that he was really mad at Minho.

“Yah Kibum, I will contact you later!” Minho snickered and headed to the direction to where Jonghyun’s café was.

Jonghyun took off his apron and folded it nicely before putting back into his locker. His shift had just ended and some other part-timers took over his shift. He took out his phone and saw multiple messages from Onew. He was too lazy to open the messages and reply.

For the past few months, Onew was a possessive boyfriend. He would always text or call to ask where Jonghyun was. He was really sick of those acts by the older man. He put his phone back into his pocket and headed out of the café.

“Hyung!”

Jonghyun knew who was calling behind him, obviously. He had just forgotten about what Minho had told him earlier on. He turned to see the taller man.

“Oh, Minho-ah.”

“Hyung, wanna go somewhere?” Minho asked expectantly, hoping that his hyung would agree. He wanted to bring Jonghyun to somewhere nice and romantic to have a talk.

Minho grinned as he held onto Jonghyun’s arm. Jonghyun was forced to walk behind Minho as the taller boy led the way.

“Where are you bringing me?” Jonghyun couldn’t help but ask.

“You will find out later.” Minho replied cheerfully. He seemed to be in good spirits.

So secretive, Jonghyun thought. He wasn’t sure if he had good feelings about this. Earlier on, he remembered how Minho attended his wound at the café and this made him felt uncomfortable as he thought about it.
