You kept looking out of the window when Lay and Kris were talking outside. They walked back inside the café after about 20 minutes. Kris sat down beside you and Lay across of you. Kris motioned the waiter to come and order his lunch. You kept looking at Lay.

“Your lunch is not good?”  Lay asked, when he noticed you kept looking at him.

“We can share my lunch.” Kris said

“It’s okay. This is enough.” You said and you ate your lunch

You walked out when everyone was done is their lunch.

“Where are we going?” you asked

“I am going to pick up the bracelet for mom. You can go with Lay to the mall. I will pick you up after I am done and don’t dare not to pick up my call.” Kris said and you nodded.

“What did you talked about with Kris?” you asked Lay, when Kris was away to the jewelry shop

“What you told me in the café a while ago.” Lay said while he scratched the back of his neck

“Oh, Thank you?” you unsurely said.

*That’s why Kris went alone to the jewelry shop? He would like to give me some time to think without him around?* you thought

“You’re always welcome.” Lay said with a smile.

“You’re really a good friend.” You said

“I can be a better friend. Say what you want and I'll buy it for you.” Lay said while he waved with a card.

“You don’t have to, I have money” you said and you waved with your wallet

“Don’t be shy. I will buy it for you. It’s not my money after all.” Lay said

Your eyes widened and almost yelled “you stole someone card.”

“Please lower your voice. It’s Kris’s card. He said that I need to buy whatever you wanted with his card.” Lay said while he was looking around if someone heard what you almost yelled. He didn’t want to end in the police station.

“I’m sorry” you said and pouted.

“It’s okay. Let’s look around in the mall.” Lay said and he dragged you along with him.

You and Lay walked in almost every store in the mall. You only brought a cute phone case and Lay brought a green and a purple shirt with Kris’s card.

Around 7 PM you and Lay met up with Kris.

“What have you brought?” Kris asked

“You brought a phone case and two shirts.” Lay answered

“I brought nothing.” Kris said

“Jia brought a phone case and I brought two shirt with your card.” Lay said with a smile

“I didn’t say that you can use my card for yourself.” Kris said annoyed

“Just see it as a present for babysitting your fiancé.” Lay said while he hid behind you.

“I am not a kid, I didn’t need a babysitter.” You said with a pout

“You are always my baby girl~” Lay sang and Kris sighed.

Kris drove you home when you and Kris ate dinner with Lay. Kris’s parents were away for a business event. You took a bath and changed in your pajama. Today you were very tired and you would like to sleep early.

“You can sleep on the bed.” Kris said when he saw you put the pillow and blanket on the couch.

“I’m fine on the couch” you said and you tucked yourself in.

You heard Kris walked in and out of the bathroom. Then you felt the couch dipped down and Kris hugged your waist.

“Kris? What are you doing?” you asked

“I know you would like some time to think, but please let me sleep beside you. I won’t do anything besides of hugging your waist.” Kris said and you felt nervous.

“but..” you tried to say, but Kris cut you off.

“Please…. I can’t hugged your waist, but at least let me sleep beside you.” Kris said and he let your waist go.

“Okay” you said. Your heart kept beating fast.

“And don’t call me Kris. Call me Yi Fan.” Kris softly said

“You said only family can call you Yi Fan.” You said and you didn’t dare to turn around

“I would like you to be my family. Please accept my heart.” Kris said

You kept silent

“You don’t have to answer me now. Give me an answer within this week okay?” Kris said and you nodded

“Thank you” you said

“Sleep tight.” Kris said

“Good night.” You said.
