It was midnight when Yifan's phone rang. He wanted to throw the device out of the window, but he would probably be scolded if he did it. He definitely changed his mind when he saw the caller's ID.
"Tao? Is everything alright?", he asked, worried.
"Y-Yifan... There's something in my room...",the younger cried.
"Something? A criminal? A spider?"
"A g-ghost..."
Yifan felt like face palming.
"You watched that horror movie, didn't you?"
"K-kind of..."
"Why, Tao? You know how easily you get scared..."
"S-sorry... Please, Yifan, forgive me. Please, help me!!", Tao sounded desesperated.
"Calm down, Tao... There's no ghost there. They can't attack you."
"P-please, come here. Stay with me, Yifan!", Tao asked.
"I can't go to your home at midnight! What will our parents think?!"
"Please! I don't want to be alone!"
"Sorry, baby panda... I really can't go... ", he could hear Tao crying even more. "Calm down, honey. Do you want me to keep talking to you until you can sleep?"
"W-would you do it?"
"Of course! Tell me, how was your day?"
Even though it was a week day, and there was a test on the next day, Yifan kept talking with Tao for hours. Those were nothing for him when his baby panda needed his help.
**Extra: The Morning After (or Playing Jeaulous)
"And you two talked the whole night?!", Luhan exclamed, after hearing the reason for Yifan's sleepy state."This is so unfair, Wu Yifan! Why did he had to call you?! Do you want little Tao all for yourself?!"
Yifan smirked.
"Why are you jeaulous? Aren't we all in this together?", Minseok asked.
"Not this time. Tao and Yifan are both mine and only mine, not each other's!", Luhan replied in a playful tone. Minseok rolled his eyes and hugged him.
"Let those two... We also can have some fun at night together without them."
Yifan possessively hugged both.
"Not without my permission!"
