Ever since the incident, Sungjong's been keeping an eye on me. Sometimes, even walking me home. (Which I like....). Then, one day,Jiae asked the question;

"Are you going out with Sungjong-ah?", she said, on the way to class.

"I wish.", I answered.

"Wish?". she asked. "What? Then, what's all this?"

"It's kind of complicated.", I said, sighing.

"Well, people are getting all curious about you.", she said.

"What? Why's that?"

"Well, about you and Myungsoo, and you and Sungjong."

"Nothing's going on between any of us. Just strange things happen sometimes."

"Strange?", she questioned.

"Yeah.",  I answered, nodding. "Jiae."

"Hm?"

"I need to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"Not in the hallway. Let's go somewhere else."

We went inside the toilet room and discussed the matter there.

"So what're you gonna tell me?", Jiae asked.

"Something happened the other day.", I said.

"Just say what it is!", she exclaimed.

"Okay, okay. Long story short, I got kidnapped.", I said, with a stern face.

"Kidnapped?", she looked confused. "By who?"

"Some guys connected to that guy fighting Hyeomin and Sungjong."

"The ."

"It was really unexpected. But Sungjong saved me, and so that's why he's... guarding, maybe? He's guarding me."

"Why didn't you tell me sooner? I would've taken shifts with Sungjong being your bodyguard."

"Well, I thought you'd worry too much."

"Me? Worry about you? Of course! You're my best friend!"

"Meanwhile, me and Sungjong are figuring out this whole incident.''

"It is kinda thrilling.", she said, grinning.

"Thrilling?"

"It's like a drama. You're the main character. Sungjong and Myungsoo love you. Conflict happens. And so on."

"Why does Myungsoo have to be in?"

"No reason, just wanted to add him." Oblivious?, Jiae thought.

Someone came came out of a stall, then.

"He's planning something.", she said. Hyeomin said.

"What do you mean?", I asked, shocked by her appearance.

"I just by chance heard everything. I didn't expect you here either.", she said. "He's planning to do somehing that would hurt Sungjong."

"Why would he do that?"

"I'm not really sure. But, the whole plan's linked to you, too."

"That bastard, getting everyone involved...", Jiae muttered.

"This is why I told you to stay away from Sungjong.", Hyeomin frowned at me.

"I've made my decision I won't do that.", I talked back.

"So you want Sungjong to get hurt?", she asked, angrily. She worries about him a lot.

"It's not like I intend to. I just don't want to distance myself from Sungjong that much."

"Whatever. If Sungjong feels pain because of you, I'll never forgive you.", she said before leaving.

I don't want to hurt Sungjong. But i cant help myself to be so far away from him.
