Both of them confessed at the same day. Why did it have to be me? Why not other girls? There are better girls out there! But most of all, why at the same day?

 

I went home with a down face. As soon as I opened the door, I sighed.

 

"Oh, Eunyoung! You're back!", Sungjong greeted me.

 

"Ah, how's school?", asked Sungkyu.

 

I smiled and answered him, "The usual.."

 

"Oh, yeah, the others aren't here yet, so you're free from their commands." , said Sungkyu.

 

"Ah, really? Kamsahabnida!" , I thanked him. At least, I have time for myself.

 

The first thing I do is get in my room. Second is just lay in bed. Third is do nothing. There's lots of things to think about. But all of those thoughts are annoying. Woohyun and Myungsoo confessed to me earlier. What do I do? Woohyun seems like a brother and Myungsoo's more of a friend to me. I have no feelings for them. Sigh. If I reject both of them, they would ignore me for the rest of my life. I can't let that! All I can do now is nothing but sigh.

 

"WE'RE BACK!" , I hear the others voices from outside. I just continue lying here and stare at the ceiling.

 

"Hyung, where's Eunyoung?" , both Myungsoo and Woohyun asked at the same time to Sungkyu.

 

"In her room," Sungkyu replied.

 

"Oh, okay." , they both said.

 

A few hours had passed and I still didn't get out of the room and I have no intentions to. I don't want to see their faces, yet.

 

"Did something happen?", asked Sungkyu to the boys.

 

"Wae?", they asked back in unison.

 

"Eunyoung hasn't been out there for a while now.", Sungkyu said. "She's usually like that when something bad happens."

 

Woohyun and Myungsoo exchanged glances. Sungkyu noticed this.

 

"Yah, Nam Woohyun! Kim Myungsoo!", he said. "I can tell something happened between the three of you. As her brother, I need to know."

 

"Well," , Sungkyu started. "It's nothing, really."

 

"Ne, hyung.", Myungsoo agreed. "We just talked."

 

Raising an eyebrow, Sungkyu asked, "Are you sure?"

 

They shook their heads.

 

"Hyung! You know we both like Eunyoung!", Woohyun exclaimed.

 

"We confessed to her.", Myungsoo said.

 

"Mwo?", Sungkyu asked. "What do you think the situation would be if both of you confess at the same day?"

 

Both were silent.

 

"She's probably messed up right now since both of you are close persons to her.", Sungkyu said. The others nodded in agreement of the situation.

 

"This is not really something to say sorry for but go. Say sorry for messing her up.", Sungkyu told the two and they followed.

 

"Eunyoung-ah, ", they both said as they enter the room.

 

"Hm? What is it?", I asked. I heard all they said outside.

 

"We're sorry for, you know...", they both said.

 

"Lock the door.", I told them. Myungsoo got up and did so.

 

"Why are you confessing to me at the same day?", I asked.

 

"We just like you.", Myungsoo answered, not looking at me.

 

"A lot.", Woohyun added. Myungsoo nudged him.

 

"Why on the same day? Do you know how hard it is to think of who's getting rejected or not?", I continued asking.

 

"You can reject both of us.", Woohyun said.

 

"Yeah,", Myungsoo agreed. "It's fine by me."

 

"Really?", I said in relief. "Then---"

 

I screamed my loudest, once I saw a cockroach fly.

 

~~Meanwhile in the Living Room~~

 

"Hyung, did you hear that?", asked Sungjong.

 

"Probably from downstairs.", Sungkyu said, not seeming to care.

 

"But, it sounds so near,", Hoya said, who also heard a scream.

 

"Yeah, it sounds like...", Sungyeol said. "Eunyoung."

 

Upon hearing your name, Sungkyu was alarmed.

 

"Yah, let's get in there!", he said.

 

All of them went running to your door.

 

"It's locked.", Sungjong said, trying to open the door.

 

~~In your room~~

 

"Don't worry. We won't hurt you.", Woohyun said to the roach and went to hit it with a shoe. But it just flew near you. I screamed more and accidentally kicked Myungsoo, who was keeping you away from the cockroach, hard on the head. Which made him moan in pain.

 

~~By the door~~

 

"Hyung,",Sunjong said. They heard all from the outside. And Sungkyu's face was really red.

 

"Go find the key!", he commanded. And they went rushing to find the key.

 

"Sungkyu, just relax.",Dongwoo tried to calm down him.

 

"How can I?", he loudly asked.

 

~~Back to your room~~

 

By now, Woohyun has already killed the cockroach. Myungsoo's head still hurts from the kick, so he lied down on bed.

 

"How hard did you kick him?", Woohyun asked and sat next to you.

 

"I don't know.", I said, touching Myungsoo's hair. "I don't know my own strength when I'm scared."

 

"That's alright.", Woohyun said, putting an arm around me."You're safe now from any monster."

 

"About your confession,", I said, looking at the floor. "I thoght about it hard. I'm sorry that I can't accept any of you two."

 

He looks heartbroken but said, "It's okay. I'll tell Myungsoo that."

 

"Phew. I'm exhausted from all these thinking and screaming 'bout that roach.", I said, yawning.

 

"You better rest , then.", Woohyun said. And I did. Lying down, next to Myungsoo and fell asleep. Woohyun followed to lie down next to you later on and stared at the ceiling.

 

~~Back to the other guys~~

 

"This isn't the right key.", Sungkyu said. "Get another one."

 

"Hyung, this might be the one." , Sungjong said, tossing a the key over to Sungkyu. It was the right one.

 

Sungkyu found the three of you in bed lying next to each other. And you were in the middle.

 

"YAH!",he shouted. "What do you think you're doing?"

 

"Staring at the ceiling.",Woohyun answered for the three of you as you and Myungsoo were asleep.

 

"What were the three of you doing, then?", Sungkyu asked.

 

"Oh, we apologized as you said we should.", Woohyun answered.

 

"And?", Sungkyu, still asking suspiciously.

 

"Nothing." Woohyun answered. "Wae?"

 

"Yah! Stop fooling around! We heard noises outside.", Sungkyu shouted.

 

"Ah, you see---",Woohyun tried to explain.

 

"What were you trying to do to my sister?!", Sungkyu asked. His face was already tomato red.

 

"What? Save her from a cockroach?", Woohyun asked. "Something wrong?"

 

Sungkyu's face flushed. The thought inside his head wasn't right. He cleared his throat.

 

"Thank you, then.", he said.

 

Suddenly, something flew and it landed on Sungkyu's head. Upon seeing it, he screamed. And you and Myungsoo awoke from hearing the noise.

 

It was another cockroach.
