Jessica- 21 years of age, last year in senior high school. Bestfriends with Taeyeon since start of high school. Lived with her family in America, moved to Korea at the start of her high schooling years. Well known around school because she once dated Lee Donghae- the most popular guy in their school. No one knows why they broke up. Changed herself from her ugly past- once bullied because of her looks. Hates popular kids, thinks that they're all stuck up and rude. Absolutely loves singing and listening to music. Doesn't believe in relationships very much and thinks Jonghyun is a massive playboy. Has a very cold impression but deep down, she's a very trustworthy, warm person.

Jonghyun- 20 years of age, second to last year in senior high school. Very popular at school and has girls surrounding him all the time. Secretly, he's never been in a relationship before. Doesn't listen very well to most people except his precious little sister, Yuri. Yuri means the world to him and they have a tight sibling relationship. Likes to hear all the gossip around school, hates homework. Bestfriends with Key and Onew. After hearing Jessica and Donghae's break up and no one knowing the reason behind it, he starts flirting/talking to Jessica, trying to figure out why they broke up but soon realises something special. Has alot of emotional feelings towards alot of things.

Krystal- 18 years of age, first year in senior high school. Recently moved to Korea after her sister Jessica's great success. Speaks a little bit of Korean because her whole family is Korean, except they live in America. Never been a social person, always hid her gorgeous looks and beautiful body. Studying, friends and family are all she cares about, relationships don't exist in her world.. Until she meets Taemin through her sister, by a messanger app before she arrives in Korea. Becomes friends with him very easily but doesn't know what to do in real life when she meets him.

Taemin- 18 years of age, first year in senior high school. Socially awkward around new people. Close with Taeyeon since birth, has a good noona-dongsaeng relationship with her. Friends with the older kids, Jonghyun, Yuri, Minho, Jessica and Onew. Doesn't know the definition of love, never experienced. Likes to dance. Usually very quiet but cheerful, strange in a cute way. Very supportive and nice.

"He's so annoying." - Choi Sooyoung.

"She's my enemy of all time." - Kim Kibum. (Key)

Sooyoung- 19 years of age, second year in senior high school. Likes everything to be neat and perfect, gets perfect grades in all subjects but not a nerd. Known as cousin of Choi Minho. Has a strange fear of water/swimming. Very cheerful,nice,brave. Loves to eat, but never gains weight. Key had been her enemy of all time, he would get the same grades as her, sometimes he would do better in exams and sometimes she would. Likes to sit in the front seat in class but always end up arguing with Key about it. Good friends with Yuri and thinks that her and MInho are the perfect match.

Key- 20 years of age, second to last year in senior high school. Likes to be called Key. Has a good fashion sense, likes to dress well. Sometimes acts like a diva without knowing, also like a mum to his friends. Always found Sooyoung as his worst enemy but Jonghyun always used to about how he might secretly like her, but he soon realises that Jonghyun was right. His hateful feelings towards her develops after spending more and more time with her. Hates it when Jonghyun and Onew makes him skip classes with them.

"I wish I had more courage." - Kwon Yuri.

"I admire her." - Choi Minho.

Yuri- 19 years of age, second year in senior high school. Popular through her brother Jonghyun and her beautiful looks. Admired by alot of boys in school, one of them including Minho. Has a very sweet and kind personality. Shares a good friendship with alot of people; Key and Onew through Jonghyun. Taemin and Taeyeon. Loves sports and fitness. A person that is loveable to everyone but keeps secrets that no one knows about except one other person. Scared of love, relationships because of her past. That is why her brother is so over-protective over her. He doesn't like it when she goes out at night by herself. Minho unreveals the truth behind Yuri's past and tries to support her but she pushes him away.

Minho- 19 years of age, second year in senior high school. Well known around the school for his sporting skills. Captain of the school soccer and basketball team. Doesn't like losing. Always admired Yuri but he thought she was too popular for him to talk to. Close with his cousin, Sooyoung as they've spent alot of their childhood together. Knows Onew very well from sharing the same classes and Taemin because he's in the basketball team. Likes Yuri but thinks that she would never accept him, never had a relationship before because of his focuses on sport and school.

Taeyeon- 21 years of age, last year in senior high school. Very cute and hard working. Has been best friends with Onew since primary school years and found out that she had feelings for him not so long ago. She realises that her friend/ caring dongsaeng likes Onew and decides to help her make progress with him. She thinks that she's 100 percent sure that Onew doesnt like her back in that way so she given up on confessing to him and remains to be his best friend while Jessica, tries to push her along with Onew since she know's Taeyeon's secret but it doesn't work out like what she thought it would be like. Cares for Taemin alot, they're close family friends.

Onew- 21 years of age, last year in senior high school. Likes to hang out with Key and Jonghyun as they are the only people that know about his crush on Taeyeon since primary school. He has always thought about confessing to her but always ends up in the wrong direction whenever he makes an attempt. Quite popular, through Jonghyun but doesn't really care about his repuation unlike Jonghyun. Has a bubbly, nice, warm personality. Always wishes that his feelings for Taeyeon disappears but they never do so his frustration builds up time after time.
