ANN'S POV:

*The touch was familiar.*

James was looking at me, and I thought he's the one holding my hand. I got confused.

I looked at James like asking who's holding me, and he was like answering back that he don't know who either.

I escaped from the grab of whoever is that. I looked back and see who is it.

I was shocked when I saw the face.

"Ann???" He asked me with confusement on his voice.

"I-Ivan???" I asked back and then he hugged me.

The hug did not last and I was totally shocked. And what is he doing here? How'd he know that I'm here?!

"Ann I miss you so much!" Ivan exclaimed as he tried to hug me again but I did not hugged back.

"Ann, why did you go here?" He asked me.

"What do you care? What are you doing here?" I asked him arrogantly. I dont want to see him.

"I came to see you." What? To see me? What does he think he's doing?

"So? I dont wanna see you." I answered.

"But Ann.." He said but he was cut-off when James talked.

"Hey man! She said she dont wanna see you." James said. He was protecting me.

"And who do you think are you?" Ivan answered

"He's my boyfriend Ivan! So stay away!" I defended.

"Boyfriend?!" Ivan was like shocked.

"Yeah. Why?" I asked with boastfulness on my voice. I chinned up.

"That's not true Ann. You gotta be kidding." Ivan said

"She's not kidding dude. I'm her boyfriend." James talked again.

"Ivan please leave us alone! I said I dont wanna see you!" I scolded him. Then I pulled James' hand and we go away as fast as we can. Ivan did not followed anymore.

When we gone away...

"Ann, is that you're bestfriend that you've told me before?" James asked me. I gotta tell the truth

"Yes James. But dont worry, I'll handle him."

"But what if he came to ruin us?" James said in a worried tone

"No James. As long as we're together, he CAN'T ruin us. I promise that." I said emphasizing the word 'CAN'T'

And to that, we hugged for like minutes.

IVAN'S POV:

They've gone away but I did not followed them.But I can't believe it.Who's that guy?

Good thing I have Ann's address so I can go there and talk to her.

I decided to go there ..

*Knock Knock*

Ann opened the door after some of my knocks.

"Ann!" I exclaimed once she opened the door and I saw her.

"What are you doing here? And how did you know my place?" She asked.

"Your mom gave me your address." I said as I go inside

"Now, what do you need?" She asked. I think she's cool now not like a while ago at the park

"As I've said, I came to visit you Ann" I plainly said

"You dont have to." She just answered. I was worried coz she was not even smiling

"But Ann.. Why? Are you still mad at me?" I asked

"No. I just dont wanna see you by now, that's all." But I feel she's mad at me

"Ann, I know you're still mad. Please forgive me"

"You're forgiven Ivan. I understand that you should marry that your dad said to save your company. Just have a great life with her"

"No Ann. I will not marry her" Even though I really need to marry Tricia

"What? But why?"

"I dont want to. And I guess the girl dont wanna marry me as well"

"But how about your company?" She worriedly asked

"It will be saved. Dont you worry"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes I'm sure. So, you're not mad?"

"I said you're forgiven Ivan"

"I'm not asking you to forgive me. I'm asking if you're mad at me"

"I am not." She answered

"I dont believe you Ann"

"If you dont wanna believe me, then it's up to you" She said going to walk out but I pulled her and hugged her. She hugged back

"I miss you Ann, my bestfriend.." I said after I broke the hug

 "I miss you too." She answered and that relieved me

We had talks, eats, and some chats with each other. Oh! I really miss my bestfriend..

"Ann.." I said while we were watching a comedy movie

"Yes?" She looked at me. I love looking at her charming eyes

"Is he really your boyfriend?" I asked as I sighed

"Who?"

"The guy who's with you at the park a while ago"

"Oh. You mean James? Yes. He's my boyfriend." Now I felt really sad about that information she have given me

"Do you love him?" I asked

"Yes! Veeeeerrrryyyyy much" Ann was very glad when she said that. I guess she's happy with the guy

I did not talked.

NARRATOR'S POV:

Ann intoduced Ivan to Jenny when she came.

And to that, they decided to invite Ivan to stay there for his stay at the Philippines. Ivan gladly agreed.

Ann remembered that in 3 days, it's their graduation day.

Since Ivan visited her, Ivan volunteered to go with Ann at school or simply say, drop her at school every morning since he dont have to do anything there.

At School:

They were walking through the hallways, and students were talking and chatting.. Probably about them

"Where's James?"

"Why is Ann with another guy?"

"We should tell this to James.."

They both met James at the hallway too.

"Hey! What does this guy doing here Ann?" James asked and probably kind of angry

"James, it's okay. Ivan and I talked all about it yesterday. And it's all right now. You dont have to worry" Ann calmed James down

"I'm so sorry for being so rude yesterday man." Ivan said to James and offered a handshake

"Yeah. Me too man. I'm sorry." James apologized as well.

Ann and James go to their graduation practice at the gym and Ivan waved to the two.

"Ann?" James said and to that, Ann turned her attention to James..

"Where does Ivan stay by now?" He finally asked

"Honestly?"  Ann said because maybe James will get mad

"Ofcourse."

"On our place..." Ann said with a sigh

"What???!!!" James was truly shocked..
