Taemin was sitting in front of the piano, pressing the keys lamely. The thought of you still bothers him and makes him feel guilty but he can’t do anything but to wait till you forgive him.

Someone patted his shoulder. It was a different touch that’s foreign to him. The unusual touch that made his heart thumps so hardly.

He turned around and found out that it was his father. His mouth fell open, surprised by his father’s presence on his side.

“Appa.” The word came out so weak from his mouth.

His father walked towards the glass wall and lean on it, ashe sips his coffee that morning.

“You looked unwell, what happened?” looking at his son.

“Nothing Appa. I’m just not in my mood.” He stares blankly on the piano. Is this for real, his father was really taking his time for knowing if his fine?

Then there was silence for a moment. It was so awkward for Taemin, because he is not expecting for this day would come, that his father would talk to him the way he talks with his brother Minho.

“I’m sorry son. I’m sorry. I’ve caused you a lot of pain, rejection and humiliation. I’ve never been a good father to you.” He put down his cup of coffee as Taemin looked up at him.

It’s not yet sinking in to him and processing his father’s words just rumbles on his head.

Until Mr. Lee put a hand on his son’s shoulder and squeeze it so gently, making Taemin feel the father’s warm touch.
