Chapter 10

Somewhere in Korea…

Top stood in front of the main door staring at the mess in front of him. Beer cans are all over the place. Hoping for a quiet place to relax after a Calvin Klein Jeans photo shot overseas,Top shook his head in disappointment and entered the dormitory.

“Top hyung! I am glad that you are back!” Dae Sung spoke in relief when he saw Top.

Top stared at Dae Sung wide eyed. Dae Sung is standing in front of him, cladded with an apron and a black trash bag in his hand.

“Woah, what happened?” Top asked.

Dae Sung let out a sigh.

“After Tae Yang hyung came back without any news of seungri, G Dragon hyung kept shutting himself in his room. But, after reading an article in the newspaper, G Dragon hyung started to drown himself with alcohol.”Dae Sung said in a defeated voice.

“Top hyung, how’s the situation outside?” Dae Sung asked worriedly.

Top shook his head.

“It’s terrible. News about Seungri’s disappearance is everywhere. It’s hard to keep yourself sane when people even you don’t know keep running to you crying, reminding you of the current situation and asking whether it is the end of big bang every minute.” Top replied.

Dae Sung nodded his head, agreeing with Top.

“Ya….even YG hyung had a hard time dealing with the media right now.” Dae Sung said after a few moments.

“Seungri! Seungri is that you?”

G Dragon‘s sudden voice snapped Dae Sung and Top’s attention.

G Dragon stood slightly swaying. He took a step towards them and stumbled over his own feet, just catching himself from falling flat on his face again.

G Dragon looked at Top, trying hard to focus at him. He gave Top a lop sided grin.

“Ah~ It’s Top hyung.” G Dragon chuckled, using his index finger to point at Top and almost lost his balance again.

Top moved forward instinctively and grabbed G Dragon before he fell again. G Dragon struggled to straighten himself upright and gave Top a drunken grin.

“Where’s Tae yang?” Top asked a hint of annoyance in his tone.

Looking at Top’s irritated expression, Dae Sung shrugged his shoulders.

“I guess that Tae Yang hyung is in the church praying for Seungri.” Dae Sung replied.

Upon hearing the word, Seungri, G Dragon freed himself from Top’s grasp.

“Seungri! Come out! Don’t hide!” G Dragon shouted.

“G Dragon hyung…” Dae Sung started as he took a step near G Dragon.  

G Dragon‘s mood had completely changed suddenly. There wasn't a trace of a smile anywhere on his face. For the first time the emotional pain he was in was clearly visible.

“It hurts when people called me the seed of evil when I was involved in the incident. But, it hurts even more when people started criticizing the rest of the big bang members.” G Dragon said, swaying on the spot.

"The fact that people kept criticizing big bang and rumours of big bang disbanding shows one thing. No matter how hard I try…no matter how much I lie to myself, I will never be a good leader."

Top felt like someone had slapped him across the face. G Dragon's simple statement had left everyone in the room speechless.

Top grabbed a hold of G Dragon, dragging him into the bathroom.

“Top hyung!” Dae Sung shouted worriedly as Dae Sung followed Top, still holding onto the black trash bag.

After filling the basin with water, Top pushed G Dragon’s head into the water.

Seeing G Dragon trashing his hands around the basin, Top grabbed G Dragon’s hair, pulling G Dragon out of the water. After G Dragon managed to get some air for a few seconds, Top pushed G Dragon head back into the water again.

“Top hyung! That’s enough!” Dae Sung exclaimed. Unable to take in the painful sight in front of him.

Upon hearing Dae Sung’s request, Top pulled G Dragon out of the water, still not letting go of G Dragon’s hair. G Dragon on the other hand, just coughed rapidly, trying to get in as much air as he could.

“Which year did big bang debut?” Top asked.

“Year 2006.” G Dragon coughed and replied in a scratchy voice.

“What is the name of your debut album?” Top asked once more.

“Heartbreaker.” G Dragon replied in a loud whisper.

Seeing that G Dragon had gained some of his senses, Top pulled G Dragon’s hair once more, making G Dragon faced in front of the mirror.

“Take a good look at yourself. Do you think Seungri will be happy if he knows that you are behaving this way? Don’t forget. You are the leader. You need to get back right up because big bang needs you. We have lost one member. We can’t lose another.” Top said sternly.

After hearing what Top said, G Dragon looked at his reflection in the mirror.

Looking at the pathetic state he is in, a tear rolled down G Dragon’s face.The words that Top had said came swimming back to him.

“Big bang had lost one member. We can’t lose another.”

YES! Big bang is coming to singapore for their concert! WOOHOO~!!!
