Monday mornings were always dreadful for Seulgi, forced to leave to comfort of her beloved bed. Only to be stuck in a classroom trying to not slam her head onto her desk and sleep through her lectures. Being woken up by multiple alarms and many many persistent messages from god who knows. Seulgi ends up dragging herself reluctantly to her bathroom to start her day of headaches. Splashing her face with cold water attempting to wash away her grogginess. But of course failing miserably she notes as she looks at herself in the mirror. Droopy heavy eyes on the verge of closing, red indents on her right cheek from her pillow visable, a line of dry saliva starting from the corner of trailing down to her chin. She giggles at the sight of herself, she really nee—   Beep! Beep! Beep!   Seulgi jumps slightly at the sound only to be reminded she needs to hurry and get to class. Muttering curses under her breath she rushes to finish up in the bathroom and scurries back to her bedroom. Rushing to get dressed, tripping over her discarded clothes she finally manages to dress herself without wasting more time she picks up her bag and phone finally looking at the source of that annoying beeping sound. Her eyes widen and curses for ignoring them. Every single message she received this morning was from her one and only best friend, Bae Joohyun. Okay well not every single one, one of them was from her mother greeting a good morning and good day at the university today. Responding to her messages, wishing her mother a good day as well and frantically apologizing to Joohyun for not answering while making her way to her apartment's kitchen grabbing a water bottle. After putting it into her bag she abruptly stops smiling widely at the idea that came to mind. Skipping back to her fridge she takes out a plate and sets it on her counter. Cutting a piece and putting it into a small treat box she had, she sets it aside and puts the rest of the cake away. Happily picking up the box Seulgi walks to her door picking her keys and slipping on her shoes and a sweater she had nearby sighing deeply once she remembers how dreadful her morning lectures are on Monday. Opening her door ready to start the torture she jumps slightly at the surprise waiting for her outside her door. Her heartbeat quickened at the sight of no other than her best friend— Joohyun.  Standing there with a visible pout on her face and eyebrows furrowed as she looks straight into Seulgi's eyes. Seulgi swallows the lump in throat, not because of the scolding her best friend was ready to give her about ignoring her. But because of her very presence. Joohyun looked stunning today as always. She could put the least effort into dressing herself like on her lazy days and Seulgi's breath would still hitch at the very sight of her. Bae Joohyun was a goddess, anyone could tell that.
