JIYEON'S POV

My life means nothing now without Eunjung.

I'm useless and have no will to live anymore.

Because of that I don't think I could still be the mafia boss.

I don't think I could still save my entire family.

We will all gonna die.

"Ms. Jiyeon"

Hyeri's assistant came in with something on tray.

Fruits.

And a knife.

That could be useful.

I'm a little weak but I still have enough strength to kill someone who might interfere on what I'm planning to do.

"Here have some fruits." She said and I sat on the edge of the bed.

"Is it fresh?" I ask.

"Of course." She replied and start peeling the apple.

She left the door open and I could see outside.

I know where I am now.

It must've been true that Qri wants me to be here.

This place is one of the Dragon hideout.

Is Ahjumma dead now?

Why she didn't even visit me?

I had a lot of question running to my head.

I want all of it to end now.

I want to stop thinking and stop seeking answers to those questions

Those questions only leads me to another series of questions and it's not helping at all.

If Hyeri really wants to keep me here I wonder why she let this woman guard me even though she already knows that I'm the Dragon Heiress.

Her secretary is just so careless by putting her guard down around me.

I stand behind her without her noticing.

She got startled to see me and drop the fruit and the knife.

"Ahjumma...will you let me die?" I ask her.

"M-mwo?" She ask.

I'm just asking her and she's already trembling in fear.

"You heard me" I said.

"I...I can't let you die. Hyeri will kill me" She said.

Hmm. So no matter what she choose she'll die anyway.

I toss the knife on the floor using my feet and stab her on the chest.

"I'm sorry." I said before I take her outside and put her on her seat and watch her slowly die.

My tears starts falling.

"The path you choose was pretty tough Ahjumma wasn't it?...or are you just like me? Someone who was never given a choice to choose which path to take?" I said.

I take the gun from her.

I wanna end everything about me now.

I take it inside my room and close the door.

Once the door was closed it's locked.

A single shot was enough to kill me.

Maybe I'll get a chance to see Eunjung again.

Maybe on the next life we can live the way we want to

Maybe on the next life we don't need to suffer anymore.

Maybe on the next life we could just be happy.

Maybe I don't need to cry like this anymore.

I look at the gun on my hand.

The first time I learn how to use a gun is when I was 10.

I train hard for this.

I point the gun right into my head and close my eyes.

"JIYEON NO!"

Even now I'm starting to hallucinate.

I'm hearing Eunjung's voice and she's trying to stop me.

"Don't you want me to be with you Eunjung?" I said with my eyes still close and wanting to pull the trigger.

"Of course I wanna be with you! Put away the gun!" She yelled and someone take the gun away from me.

I open my eyes and saw a woman worriedly looking at me.

"What the hell are you planning to do?! Are you crazy?! What did they do to you?! Tell me and I would kill them" She said while I'm just looking at her.

Is she real?

Is this a dream?

I slowly brought my hands to her face.

I can touch her.

I could feel her but is that enough for me to believe that she's real?

Ani....it's not.

So I pinch her cheek.

"OUCH! YAH! WAE?!" She squeal in pain while rubbing her cheek.

That made me cry harder.

I still can't move.

Is she really real?

"Yah. You're the one who pinch my cheek so hard but you're the one wh-"

I throw myself to her and hug her tight.

"You're alive! You're alive" I said while hugging her.

GYURI'S POV

The day that I feared already come unexpectedly.

However, that's not enough to freak me out.

I'm just sitting here in the couch clenching my fist in anger.

"I would've freak out but since you're not freaking out I'm still calm" Yuri said to me.

"What do you plan to do unnie? Running away is not an option" Suzy said.

She was right.

Dad will still find us no matter where we hide.

"Dad is a monster" I said.

"I believe we have figured that out a long time ago" Yuri said.

"Yeah, that's why he raised another monster" I said and smirked.

"You plan to go against your Dad?" Suzy said.

"We already did. Haven't we?" I said.

"Right, but how will you do that?" Yuri ask.

"We'll do what Hyeri does" I said.

"What Hyeri does? We don't even know what that woman do unnie" Suzy said.

"I agree. All we know is that we can't trust her" Yuri said.

"Pack your things. We might not have the army but they do. We don't need to fight. They will fight for us" I said and they frown and look at each other.

I know they're clueless of what I'm planning to do.

Well, they don't have to know now.

We get all that we need and get into my car.

"Yuri I need you to do something. Drop this phone to the prisoners." I said to Yuri and give her a phone.

"You want to free them?" She ask.

"Yes. It's pointless now. The hunting game will start soon and we're the one being hunted. We'll meet at the secret place." I said.

"Are we gonna die unnie?" Suzy ask.

"I think so. Are you scared?" I ask.

Yes, I had a plan but that plan can't guarantee that we're not going to die because of that old man.

"Not really" She said and sighed.

"Not really means you are" I said.

"Yeah but I won't die without a fight and if I die I'll be happy fighting with you and Yuri. You're the only family I have" She said and smile.

"I forgot something inside" Suzy said and go back to the house.

"She deserves to be happy" Yuri said.

"That's why we need to make sure she'll live" I said.

"Is that a part of your plan?" Yuri ask.

"Maybe? If Suzy have her parents I doubt that she will be a gangster nor a mafia. I don't think she will be with us right now in this kind of life" I said.

"So?" Yuri ask.

"I want you to talk to Areum and convince her to take that kid" I said.

"Arasso. I'll try my best" She said and get in her car.

"Yuri-ah" I said before she close the door.

"Be careful" I said.

She giggled.

"Don't be like that. It's so not you" She said.

"Tss. Just leave" I said and rolled my eyes on her.

QRI'S POV

"Kyul...Kyul" Hyomin keeps calling my name.

We're here in my room and I keep scrolling my phone trying to find someone who could help us find Jiyeon.

"Yah! Lee Qri!" She yelled and that made me look at her.

"Wae?" I ask.

"Can't you see I'm trying to get your attention here? You didn't even confirm if you're my girlfriend already. You just keep looking at your phone? Is that more important than me?" She said and pout like a kid.

"I won't say it's more important than you but I'm trying to find someone who could help us locate Jiyeon" I said and she frowns.
