QRI'S POV

It's pass 1 pm now and I just get to work again from home.

I take off my coat and slump myself on my seat.

It was kinda odd for me not receiving anything from that kid.

I know I shouldn't have been expecting coz I actually feel annoyed with those flowers she gave me.

I don't plan to sell flowers but now......

...it's really odd.

What's wrong with me?

"Ms. Lee?"

My secretary came and handed me documents for signing.

I just lazily signed them.

I really feel so lazy today.

Is that because of that ki- ahrgggg No! NO!

That's impossible!

"Any meetings today?" I ask.

"Yes Ms. Lee. You need to meet Mr. Jeon at 2pm." She said

"Mr. Jeon of Jeon Corporation? Why do I have to meet him?" I ask in confusion.

I never know that thing.

"Madam Lee told me that you have to meet that you have to meet him for that agenda."

What?!

"Madam Lee said you already know what that means" She said.

**sigh**

Yup. I definitely know what that means and it's not good.

"Ok. Anything else aside from meeting him?" I ask.

"There's nothing else Ms." She said.

I get my phone and call my Mom.

"Hello Mom" I said.

"Hello Sweetie. I called a while ago but you're not around" She said.

"I met Jiyeon at lunch" I said.

"Oh glad to know that you two are really in love" She said.

Eh? In love?

I don't think so.

"...By the way I call you because of the thing about Mr. Jeon" I said.

"Oh that man is totally disgusting Sweetheart. Do something for Mommy Ok?" She said.

"Fine. Fine. I will try but don't set your hopes high." I said

"Sweetie this is an easy job." She insisted.

"Yes it is easy but the reason is not enough" I said and hang up already before my Mom pulls out another drama just to make me obey her.

Tsk.

Anyway I stayed there for a while in my office before I leave again to meet Mr. Jeon.

I can't believe my Mom cancelled all my other meeting just because of this.

1:55 pm

That's the exact time I parked my car in front of Jeon Corporation.

I guess I'm too punctual.

Mr. Jeon is a filthy rich erted old man.

I didn't give him that name.

That's what on the information I received.

And I'm a hundred percent sure that Areum work on those.

"Excuse me Ms. I had an appointment with Mr. Jeon. I'm Lee Qri from Lee Corporation." I said to the receptionist looking at her boringly.

"Good afternoon Miss Lee. Mr. Jeon is already waiting for you in his office pl-"

I didn't let her finish whatever it is that she's trying to say and get into the elevator

I'm not in the mood to be so nice today.

When the elevator door was about to close.....

"Hey!"

A short girl rush in and smile widely at me.

Hmm.

This girl looks familiar to me.

"Jeon Boram?" I said when I finally recognize her.

Why I never think of that?

She's my classmate before.

I didn't know she graduate.

"Whoa! Lee Jihyun! You're taller than me now!" She said.

What?

"I am taller than you ever since" I said.

"Tsk. But you're prettier. Do you wanna be my girlfriend?" She ask and wink at me.

"Gross." I said and she pout.

"Tsk. I would never really had a chance on you." She said.

"Nope. Not a chance" I said.

"You're very straight forward. By the way why are you here?" She ask.

"I had a meeting with your Dad" I said.

"Tsk. You really agreed to meet my filthy rich Dad in his office? A beautiful girl like you shouldn't be getting inside that place." She said and I could easily say that she's disgusted

"It's ok. I came here for business matters. If something happens out of it there will be bloodshed" I said and smile at her.

"Wow. That was hot. But what does bloodshed mean. You know...for me coz I'm a gangster bloodshed is literally what it means....what's for you?" She ask

We finally reach the floor where her Dad's office was located.

"What else should it mean?" I ask and she suddenly laugh.

She's weird.

"Anyway I will introduce you to my girlfriend" She said.

Girlfriend?

"How many girlfriends do you have?" I ask.

"You may not believe it but it's only her. I broke up with all of my other girlfriends Jihyun-ah" She said.

"Call me Qri" I said.

She looks kinda surprised.

"Is there something wrong?" I ask.

"Oh. N-Nothing...Nothing. My filthy rich Dad's office is this way" She said and walk ahead of me.

What just happen?

I just follow her and we get inside a room.

I was kinda ....no...

I'm REALLY SURPRISED to see Soyeon in here.

I didn't know she works here.

She was surprise to see me here too.

"Hi girlfriend" Boram immediately rushed to her.

GIRLFRIEND??

I suddenly look away.

Why would I want to witness a scene that would only break my heart?

"Yah Jihyun-ah. Meet my girlfriend first" Boram said and pull me so I have no choice but to face them.

Damn.

I never expect that the Qri Hyomin was talking about was my ex-crush/former classmate Lee Jihyun.

This is a mess.

I was kinda glad that she's not my crush anymore.

But....

She's really pretty.
