AREUM'S POV

My back really hurts.

Maybe I should've just give it to her and runaway.

Tsk

She's really out of control when she's angry.

It's like there's two different personalities living inside her body.

The other one is the one we usually see.

The childish and fragile Jiyeon who's sometimes talkative but still can't hide that she's a dino.

And the other one is this.

The serious, scary, fearless, angry dinosaur that could end your life any moment now so I better do what she want or else my back won't just hurt. She might break all the bones I have in my body.

....Which will be terrible....

We're passing by a bridge and she suddenly ask me to stop....

..... halfway.

I stop the car on the corner and she immediately get out.

"Hey, don't tell me you're jumping off this bridge" I said as I slowly get outside the car.

Oh damn!

 My back really hurts!

I feel like my hip bone's gonna crack.

She ignores me and just look down to the sea.

When I get closer to her I saw that her eyes were close and that she's clenching her fist.

Omona!! Please don't destroy the bridge!!!

Just kidding.

I would never dare to say that to her of course.

I'm sure she's sad that her girlfriend is actually her sister that she haven't seen long long time ago.

I do admit that she's a dino and that I never had a single chance to win her heart but above all that.......

Jiyeon is my friend and I love her.

I don't want to see her suffering like this.

"Hey....we could keep it a secret forever if you want. You could be her girlfriend as long as you want." I said.

I know that's stupid and it's not right but I don't want to see her like this.

She open her eyes and look at me.

Unlike before she's now back to the usual Jiyeon I know.

She's calm now.

.....but still sad.

"That won't change anything like you said to me." She said.

**sighed**

"Yeah you're right....so you're telling her?" I ask.

"I-I don't know" She said and her eyes went teary.

She's trying to stop her tears.

I could see that.

And actually, right now I don't know what should I say to her to make her feel better.

"Are we still going there? You know she's back. We need to be careful" I said.

"No....Let's just go back to school" She said.

"Going back to school is not an option too. We're super late now you know. If we go back there we'll only end up getting scolded. We better go somewhere else" I said.

"But I promise Eunjung that I would meet her" She said.

I scratch the back of my head.

You see, I tried to tell her that before we left school........BUT SHE DIDN'T LISTEN

If I could just hit her I would definitely do that.

"So then, back to school?" I ask.

"Yeah but we're not going back to class" She said and get in the car.

Good plan.

"Hey, you might want to drive. My back hurts because you mercilessly slam me on to the floor" I complained.

"I told you, you deserve it and it's still merciful coz you're still breathing." She said and get in the driver's seat.

Tsk.

"...And since you let me drive.... I don't wanna hear complains. Arasso?" She said and smirked.

Uh-oh.

I just buckle my seatbelt and held it tight.

I better close my eyes too.

DAMN IT!

Why it never crossed my mind before  I ask her to drive???

"Alright. We'll be there in 5 mins" She said.

WHAT THE HELL?!!

FIVE MINUTES!!

"YAH! PARK JIYEON!! IF MY BABY GOT SCRATCHES OR SOMETHING I'M GONNA KILL YOU EVEN IF YOU'RE THE BOSS!" I said with my eyes still close.

I could feel that she's really driving too fast.

I could tell by the engine sound.

I hope we didn't got chased by cops coz that is another trouble.

Damn!!

This is the reason why her Mom never allows her to have her own car.

She drives damn fast like she owns the road.

Well that's cool but apparently she CANNOT own the road!

Tsk.

I don't know if we really arrive within five minutes or not all I care about now is my baby.

I unbuckled my seatbelt and immediately get out of the car forgetting that my back was hurting.

"Ouch!" I yelp in pain.

Why is this happening to me?

Anyway, I'm glad that my car was perfectly fine and also that the guard wasn't on his spot.

"C'mon. Lee Areum your baby is just fine and please don't walk like an old woman." She said and I glared at her.

She talks like she's not the one responsible for this.

"So, you're her bodyguard Areumie?"

And I wasn't expecting that.

Kwon Yuri and her sidekick Bae Suzy.

I'm glad Yuri is not my cousin.

Poor Qri unnie.

"What is it to you?" I said raising my eyebrows to her.

"Nothing??.....Was she even aware of the truth?" She ask again and smirked.

She should be thankful that my back hurts or else....

"Who are they Areumie?" Jiyeon ask.

I look at her.

Good acting.

"Nobody Jiyeonnie. Let's go" I said and pull Jiyeon away from them.

Tsk.

My back really hurts.

"I'm hoping to see you and Qri on the underground fight tonight!" Suzy said and we just ignore it and keep walking.

"Who are those girls? Why do they know you? And it seems like they know me too and Qri." Jiyeon ask me.

I look at her and frown.

"I thought you're just pretending that you don't know them" I said.

"No....why would I do that?...Do i supposed to know them?" She ask.

**face palm**

"It's Yuri and Suzy. Don't you recognize them?" I said.

Sometimes she's being unbelievable.

"Oh. Really? I never thought because I'm used to see Yuri with Suzy and that woman." She said.

**sigh**

"Probably because she's not with them right now?.....Is everyone from your era thinks like you?" I ask.

"Era? What era?" She curiously ask.

"Mesozoic era. I'm just not sure if from what period are you from" I said and she frowns at me.

"Yah! Are you talking about the era of the dinosaurs?" She ask.

Uh-oh.

"Nope... Yeah, probably not. Let's check the rooftop" I said and pull her to the rooftop before she explodes again.

This woman is ruthless sometimes.

We headed to the rooftop and I think I wasn't a good idea.

I felt that her grip on my hand tightens like she wanna break my bones.

"H-hey, Jiyeon. My hand" I said pleading.

She let go of my hand and then go downstairs.

"Hey Jiyeon, wait for me. Where will you go?" I ask trying to catch up with her and enduring the pain on my back at the same time.

"Leave me alone first Areum" She said.

"Huh? Bu-"

"Please.....I'll meet you again later. " She said.

**sigh**

I just let her.

Maybe I should get my back treated at the clinic.

EUNJUNG'S POV

Is things really too fast for us?

Why do I feel like this?

I could feel that she love me but maybe I just really don't know her that well yet.

And I envy those people who knows her more than I do.

**sigh**

I thought they will just talk in there?

She told me it'll be quick and she'll meet me after they talk but seems like it's not gonna happen.

Why do they need to leave school?

I want to be positive as much as possible but it's hard to contain anger if things were like this.

....Or maybe it wasn't anger.

Maybe I'm just jealous.

"We're going tonight" I said to Hyomin who is lying on the bench with her head on my lap.

I don't know what's up with her today.

Usually she would just light up her cigarette and smoke at the corner to relieve stress instead of sleeping like this.

"Huh? I thought you said we're not going" She said.

"I change my mind." I said.

I need to do something to forget about this feeling.

"Ok. but we got a little problem....They will be there in the fight tonight" She said.

Them?

"Since when did they become our problem?" I ask.

"Those girls are threatening me. They told me that they will hurt Soyeon if we didn't let them win tonight." Hyomin said and sit properly.

"The three of them?" I ask.

"No only Yuri and Suzy. I'm not sure if your ex-girlfriend will be there too." She said..

"Again for the nth time Park Sunyoung! She was never my girlfriend!" I said.

"Ok. Ok. She's not but that's what everybody knows" She said.

"I don't care what everybody knows or what everybody thinks. She was never my girlfriend and you know that!" I said.

"Whatever....what should I do now?" She ask and sigh.

"You care for your sister. Why don't you just forgive her?" I ask.

"Maybe because of the same reason why you and Boram hate your Dads" She said.

Complicated much.

"I don't mind losing tonight. I just wanna beat up someone" I said and look at the sky.

"Are you crazy? If we lose we'll die and still our family will suffer the same fate." She said.

Right.

We'll end up like those losers we beat up in the underground fight.

"Then, you better make sure your sister will not be harmed before we go there" I said to her.

"You mean I need to talk to her?! No way!" She protested..

"Then, it's up to you if you would let her get hurt" I said and stand up.

"Where are you going now?" She ask.

"I need some time on my own" I said and leave her.

Despite of all the problems I have there's only one person who easily conquers my mind.

Park Jiyeon.

I guess it's not only in my mind.

She also conquers my heart.

My lips unknowingly curve into a smile.

Why am I being cheesy?
