Chapter 16

Krystal's POV

"Whooo! Go Unnie! Fighting!" I cheered for my sister as she was called on stage.

"Go Sica, go! Whooo!" Yuri was cheering and clapping along with me.

I felt really proud when she sang and everyone heard how good of a singer she is. I was smiling the entire time.

When the song ended, I clapped loudly and my sister saw it and smiled at me.

The next song was to be sung by my friends, Luna and Ailee and I was cheering for them too. As Ailee started to sing, I looked over to Amber and I saw that she was really proud of her girlfriend. She was staring at Ailee the entire time and I can see that she really is admiring her right now.

Ailee's a very good singer, even I can attest to that. And I bet it's one of the traits that Amber likes about her. 

I was staring at Amber longer than I should until I felt Yuri nudge me.

"Hey Krys! Ailee and Luna are really good aren't they? Our friends are daebak! Whooo!" She cheered.

"Y-yeah. I can see that the audience is in love with them." I whispered.

Well, I was only referring to Amber. Being in love... with Ailee.

Amber's POV

It's almost the month of the regionals and Ailee is getting busier everyday. I only get to spend time with her during class because she goes straight to rehearsals after our last period. I mostly hang out with Hyo, Yul, Vic and Krystal these days. I can say that me and Krystal are more comfortable with each other now.

I heard from Ailee that Taeyeon made it to auditions. In fact, their group was really happy that Taeyeon joined just in time for the competition. I heard she sings really well too. I'm glad she was able to overcome her insecurities.

The week of the competition finally came. It will be held in Busan and they will be staying there for 3 days and 2 nights as it is a huge competition among most of the schools in the country. 

It quite saddens me to be away from my girlfriend for 3 days, but on the other hand, it's for the school anyway, plus I'm sure she will do well and that makes me really proud of her.
